I know this was just a silly troll but it helps to know what you're talking about, overflows are an intentional game design to prevent queues. It's actually a really well implemented idea that other MMOs should take note of, you can keep playing the game while waiting to enter the world instances.

Stupidest question in the world I know, but hype is a bitch. Is there any reason someone who hates MMOs would like this game?

I'm tempted to get GoG's to see if it is any better, but it'll suck buying Blood yet another time for nothing.pagb wrote on Aug 5, 2012, 15:22:Hmm, thats bad. Do you have the original Blood or the GOG.com version? But the GOG.com config doesnt contain anything special, so ...
I've tried everything ...
Kajetan wrote on Aug 5, 2012, 08:51:I've tried everything, from d3d/gl/ddraw, to dosbox svns, different configs, the glide version of blood... Even on my old C2D@3ghz the game ran with the same performance. It is something like this:pagb wrote on Aug 5, 2012, 06:28:There has to be a faulty DOSbox configuration. Perhaps a bad choice of video rendering. I played Blood 1 from GOG.com with 800x600 (DDraw) on a Phenom II with no problems at all.
I got an i7@3Ghz, 800x600 is just not pleasant.

Let's keep it as ""runs perfectly"", under Dosbox framerates using any resolution over 320x200 suck, and even then game stutters in some moments.

Even Though Blood is my favorite pre 2000's shooter (Painkiller is my favorite shooter of all time) I don't need or want a remake. The game runs perfectly fine in DOSbox as does Cryptic Passage.

Enough with shitty revivals... WE NEED SOME BLOOD!

Nuketown 2025, huh?
I'm pretty sure this is the first time a promised preorder bonus has made me not want the product at all.
Why? Why the worst map in Black Ops?
Also the most played....which is sad. I really miss the old maps in the original games....oh wait - they brought those back in a game and recharged for those didn't they.....ugh.
Sadly - I have been playing MW3 again. Group of friends are into it, hadn't played the co-op stuff in the last 2, just started firing through them. It is fun.
