I don't understand. They haven't even gone to court on appeal for the original judgement yet so how the hell can they be asking for an injunction already? I understand Zenimax's strategy here but I can't see FB budging on this, or even losing the appeal. So this is likely all sound and fury signifying nothing excepted wasted legal fees for Zenimax in the long run.
IMO, it's hard to even take this seriously. 20% royalty? No single company on any tech product in the world is getting a 20% royalty rate. It's absurd to the point of being insulting. That would be $120/Rift.

They're certainly hitting the nostalgia kind of hard, which I'm not sure is a good thing. Still, I have a hard time complaining about Johnny Gat in just about anything; he's SR's most popular character for a reason.

I really like PCF. But Bulletstorm and GoW:J have not been stellar works for them. So whatever comes of their collaboration with Sqenix needs to get them back on the right track.

If this game is any good, then the trailer is not doing it justice. Which is a shame because Artemis is a blast, and this is essentially official Artemis.
The use of VR wands just looks like an impediment. The VR part itself seems interesting, but the game just screams for a keyboard (or a gamepad).

The whole thing is bullshit PR, anyone who knows how computers work know there is no reason not to give players control of servers. Quake and unreal had dedicated servers BUILT into the fucking game. But once game companies realized the average gamer is a fucking moron we got this shit of company controlled servers because the average gamer is grade A fucking tech illiterate.
Quake and Unreal had NO persistent data. Any game with persistent characters CAN'T let people run their own servers. The very first thing that would happen is there'd be "get all legendary gear in 3 seconds!" servers.
