I think Torchlight 3 was originally supposed to be F2P but that idea was abandoned during development. I think that's what Kxmode means.
Also, Matt Uleman apparently did the soundtrack for this one as well, so that alone is enough for me to give it some serious consideration. I didn't play much of T1 or T2 after beating them once but the music for those games was great and very Diablo-esque.

I actually liked Prometheus but yea, Covenant was not good. Prometheus had problems but I really liked the two leads in the movie, Charlize Theron and Noomi Rapace. I'd like to see another Alien movie but I just don't care about the lore at all beyond what was in the first 2 movies. I think it would be best if they don't try to expand on the lore at all, and just keep things simple. Make the Alien franchise scary again.

Yes that person's life does matter. No one ever said, or implied in any way whatsoever, that white lives don't matter. It's not something that needs to be stated because we all accept it as true. Yea same here. They said it's the biggest game they've ever done... and it's all contained to one city. It's a large city but still, it's gotta be pretty densely packed. I'm real curious to see how they did on their driving and shooting mechanics. If they do it right, that could be a world that I get lost in for a very long time.

But honestly the US could use a distraction now... like say Beta access to Cyberpunk 2077.... (if any of you wonderful dev's are watching I'll sign every NDA under the sun!).
You can help them perfect the bewb and wang physics before release. Jiggle and swing around, jump up and down, etc. Then report your findings back to CDPR. Help them get it right before release.

You sound just like me. I bought Minecraft ages ago and they went in a completely different direction with it than I was hoping. I also was hoping for a light 'DF Adventure Mode' type of game with NPCs, towns and quests, more advanced enemies and AI, etc. Instead, they focused strictly on the block-building stuff. Which is great, but not really my thing. If they had gone in the direction I wanted, they probably wouldn't have had nearly the success they had, so what do I know?

I played this game a bit and I like the automation. Programming the robots is fun. But man... did they have to go for such a babyish visual style? It's literally baby blocks. I can't really get past it. Maybe now that modding is supported, someone will eventually overhaul the assets to make it more appealing to anyone over the age of 3.

I do wish they would go back to doing single player DLC but with how much cash they're making from GTA online and (probably to a lesser extent) RDR online, it doesn't look like that will happen anytime soon. Bummer.

THPS2 was the best of them I think. Improved upon the first in almost every way. Took a lot of practice but I managed to 100% that one. Landing a huge combo was always super satisfying. Played a lot of THPS4 as well. They were all good (except 5).

Yes, that's my sentiment as well. They're going to need to incorporate a lot of modern QoL stuff in order to make it any fun. I love Diablo 2 to death and have played it more than any other game, but I can't see myself coming back to it 20 years later unless they make a lot of improvements.

Team Playstation because they have the exclusives that I want. That's the only thing that matters to me. Although, MS have been buying up studios that make games that I like, so that may change. I don't really care which is more powerful, as long as it's a significant jump over current gen.
