That graphene video is appalling, looks like a bad infomercial put together by someone who doesn’t really know what they’re talking about.

Certainly makes you appreciate the more knowledgable content producers.

And unless something has changed, if you’re not the one hosting the mission, you don’t get credited with having done it, and can’t advance through the heist. So no one wants to join other people’s missions, and you can’t attempt it on your own.

It’s a genius bit of vicious circle design.

They're fine for certain genres and frankly really kickass for emulation related stuff due to all of the customization and extra controls.

Does it really offer anything you can’t do with JoyToKey and any controller?

Here's hoping they do something good with Speedball, but I doubt they will. The last few attempts have not gone well.

I've always thought something in the vein of FIFA would be the way to go.

2. The Mandalorian Nov 23, 2019, 16:13 subx

I'm really disappointed that the Mandalorian continues to feel like a standard TV show, rather than something a bit more (a la HBO).

I think it might be mixture of the lighting (which occasionally looks cheap), the weak sound/music, but mainly the bland camera work. Whatever it is, combining it with the strong silent plot line leaves it feeling a bit lifeless and dull.

They should probably spend less of their money on the effects, and employ a better production team.

He took him down, kept him pinned, had to be pulled off then wrenched him around by the helmet then hit him with the fucking helmet.

I don't get the framing of Rudolph as some kind of innocent party. He started the helmet tugging shenanigans, and then came back at Garrett while he was being pulled away. Garrett obviously massively overreacted, but it wasn't like there was no provocation.

Myles Garrett is 272 pounds for fucks sake.

Rudolph isn't some tiny guy, at 235lbs and taller than Garrett.

Fair enough, increased.

Thanks, much better

On styles: could the style choice be applied eariler in loading the page? Having set retro black and returning to the site, the blue style remains until the page has finished loading - and because it loads quickly, I get a flash of blue (didn't used to occur).

Firstly, thanks for keeping the retro black option - my eyes couldn't survive without it.

I think the comment quote indent has been reduced too far, it's lost it's purpose, as it is now hard to spot where a quote starts and ends.

Is the yellow text on the blue background at the base of the title bar ("Send News" etc.) the same colours as before? Seem to be slightly fighting each other now.

Anyway like someone said earlier "minigameslist" is still in there (for the moment). You can open it from the command line / short cut...
Steam.exe +open steam://open/minigameslist
Unfortunately, if you do just about anything but launch a game, the interface will immedately revert to the new style.
That's what I use it for...?

Not sure what else you could use small mode for.

FFS, I'm still annoyed they removed the button to switch between large and small modes...

I only ever use small mode (unless buying something), but clearly they feel they are missing out on an opportunity to try and sell me some shit I don't want. The problem of lack of any real competition for Steam - no incentive to listen to the users.

Wow, that’s a lot of conjecture.

Observation: People remember things wrong, but believe that they’re right.
Conclusion: There’s a lot of stupid people in the world (Everyone, ∞).

There, that’s a bit more succinct.

Having seen what's on offer in the casino, I'm not really worried about this being a problem. The games are all bit shit. Still, I guess the principal isn't good.

Red Dead, now that had decent gambling mini games. I played way too much liar's dice and poker in that...
