Way to go IGN. Right in the PC preview section we have the (p)reviewer talking about how they use the "left trigger" for this and the "left analogue" for that. Worse than lying is lying and not covering it up.

So does this mean that the game is "done" now?

It does. Whether it's "fun" now remains to be seen. Co-op and sp were ok, but the mp was a disaster; I uninstalled b4 the first patch, and waited for *this* very day, when they were ready to declare it finished. I'm giving it one more chance.

Q1, right about the time Crysis is supposed to be released. I don't see episodes working out for Valve if their second episode doesn't arrive until after the next generation of first person shooters are out and about

I could say for my part that you are...completely mistaken. I am not--NOT--going to miss this:

admittedly looking forward to the game less since they are *not* including co-op as originally stated by the demo

Their polish to english dictionary just doesn't cover gaming. They saw "co-op" to mean playing with other ppl with a common objective (read: PvP mp), as well as their use of the word "impersonate" to mean "play as." I don't know why foreign devs generally can't throw $10 to a high skool student to proof, but they sure don't. It's been a while since I looked, but Webzen's site used to be a pretty mind numbing treat. If Webzen had hired the Techland guys to proofread their stuff, they'd be 10x better off.

This marks a new low for me in interest level, breaking the records held by the iterations of MS Flight Simulator. I'd rather wash the homeless.

Groove Games announces that Pariah is shipping to stores, and Digital Extremes' first-person shooter is now available in North America

If it were only true, Pariah would prolly sell more copies ;p

There already is a "capture the girl" game...called "Snatch," one of the mp components to Postal 2. And no, I haven't played it.

but I've never seen someone act like the game is the only thing that matters in his life, or that the game is more important than his life.

Fo shizzle. I mean, if you were that crazy about bf2, you'd play it constantly, which would GREATLY cut into important time gaining faction with the timbermaw furbolgs. Comon!!

Arggghhh! That level was next to impossible for me. Took me ALOT more than 8 times.

If you get up close to the door, they clip thru it to the point where you can damage them. Hey, it's not cheating!

I ordered a dvd of this game and got an email this morning saying the product "was no longer available." Despite the absurdity of that statement, I also notice ea site doesn't offer it. But then, eagames does? Does anyone know if they bothered to burn this thing to dvd or not?

As for it being released. Funny thing. Blue didn't post a "ships ahoy" on it yesterday, and today he's calling it "imminent" tho it's already out. My guess is, he doesn't care much about mmos. Which is fine...used to be the only news here was about quake!

The website is universally funny. Screenshot #8? Were those ppl on the right drawn in with the block brush in MS Paint? And "HMMWVs"? Wheeled vehicles...the mind boggles. This, geeks, is choice stuff.

The scary thing is that they trusted their gold master to the Royal Mail rather than a courier.

Exactly what I was thinking. Assuming they paid their team, and expected some decent return, this is like dropping a suitcase full of money off at the local post office. Seriously, what kinda knob would do that?

I really didn't think I'd ever see the day when peeps would start retailing Nazi action figures. Are they going to release "doll houses" with gas chambers next?
