For those of of you that haven't seen at least a couple of those movies or are to young *cough* I can see why you woulnd't like it.

I'll admit I didn't like Kill Bill because of all the other movies it was trying to be about. But THIS one I got. Also I was spared from the OVERHYPE machine as well.

It reminds me of those games I used to dream about when I was playing the 8 bit legend of zelda.. yeah you know the ones.. you know..

If its a single player game, it's a single player game.

If its a multiplayer game, its a multiplayer game.

If you wanna play the game, you gotta play the game.

Really, I dont care about multiplayer support in a singple player game. I've really had about enough of multiplayer modes that are all rehashes of the SAME stuff.

Do something new.. and I'm all about it, and I could care less about the single player part. Hence 1942. Other than that its all been there and done that.

Word on the street is that this is a GREAT game. Better even than Everquest and is going to be a real problem for that junk game called Star Wars Galaxies.

Anyone have some first hand experience? I am a sucker for all that is MMORPG and I am sure I will be there buying this bad boy tommorrow.

Sadly, almost every MMORPG I have bought with the exception of DAOC and EQ has been a HUGE disappointment. Perhaps this is the one?

You know whats real ironic about this.
When the sequel for the original xcom came out.. called terrors of the deep.. EVERYONE complained that it was too much like the original. The game basically was the same just different enviroments and weapons / gear. Now that they made something different people are complaying that its not like the original.

Sigh.. people will never be happy..

I like the original.. but try playing it for more than a few hours and tell yourself honestly how much you like the original engine.

When I was in high school I feel asleep and happened to wake up in the middle of the night.. around 4 o'clock in the morning. My tv was on, and there was this screen up with an 800 number and the 6 easy installments price of some kind of new mattress. The unusal part is that instead of the customary blue background those screens usually have, this one was blue with purple trippy gradiants shifting around.

It was pretty wierd, and damn.. did I feel like my matress sucked in the morning.

Whatever happened to getting to see the whole movie the first time around and then maybe a sequel later..

You cannot even say that this movie belongs in the same category as Pulp Fiction and Resevoir Dogs. Its not even the same friggin league, not even the same friggin sport.

I dont care how many references you guys all found.. what about a movie? I kept getting the impression that Kill Bill was basically filmed in order to make some impressive trailers. Music was good, but again, I'll suggest downloaded or purchasing the soundtrack.

The only times I actully was interested is in a couple of the more realistic fight scenes (there wasn't many) and as they pranced around and looked cool when the music was playing. But thats not a friggin movie.. its a music video. If that.. because the music wasn't THAT good.

Please tell me that you liked the movie for something other than the other movie references.

Watch the spolers please.
