Just to add my 1pence to this (because there's always two sides to the story)...
I'm in the UK, purchased the silver pack about 2hrs ago (any excuse to play through HL1 again).
The process from entering my details to being in the game took about 5-10min, I've got to say it was very smooth.
CS:Source on the other hand seems a little more stuttery than it did in the beta, although that could have been the server I was playing on.
Looking forward to giving it a proper go over the weekend.
ps Blue, I don't post often but I've been reading for years, keep up the great work.
