I wish Blue would stop linking to Game Info Wire for screenshots and press releases. I hate that website with fiery, fiery passion. Not only does it look craptacular, but is packed to the brim with extremely annoying ads and popups that get past firefox.

If theyarecomingforyou's assessment holds true, that's pretty disappointing considering their media off their website looks oh so sweet. They should have stick with a HL2 mod for this one. Bummer.

You are absolutely right, both Max Payne 1 and Max Payne 2 were undeniably the best looking games when they came out and the engine runs amazingly well on not so high-end rigs. However as someone who has been modding for it over the last couple of years I can tell you it was tailor-made for the MP games and it's not really flexible to other game-types or other level/art scenarios than the ones featured on the MP games. Also, the level editor has very primitive modeling tools and doesn't really sport many features than other editors do. But boy, the Remedy guys did such an AMAZING work with the limited editor they had that you would never guess this.

I concur gentlemen, this is the most ridiculous thing I've heard in a while. Majesco, give Scorcese some credit would you? The movie is undeniably a masterpiece, but for reasons that would never be able to be translated into a video-game. And so it is obvious they will totally miss the point and churn out yet another crappy movie tie-in "game".

It takes a very stupid man to sell the rights for this movie into a videogame, and a a very stupid one to buy them.

Back when I was over at E3, I remember quite clearly Chris Vrenna was there doing some autograph signing and promo session. I can't remember what game was it for, but it was probably for Doom 3.
