I wonder if this corrects the issue where textures on your character would get corrupted in WOW that the 6.8s (or possibly the 6.7s) introduced.
Joystiq is apparently the nintendo whiners club. I mean, they're complaining because it's $250 and not $50, and that $50 means they won't buy it. They're complaining that it doesn't play DVDs. They're complaining about how Opera isn't free. Basically they're complaining about anything they can.

Oh it's elusive all right. So elusive that it's actually in the 2142 beta as well. I'd bet it ends up in the full version of 2142 and takes them at least 4 months to fix

Well since most companies think all patches must come out on tuesday, if it's not out tomorrow I wouldn't imagine it'd be out this week.
2) Starting work on Sequals to awesome games then just throwing them away (Sam and Max 2, Full Throttle 2).
While it was sad to see Sam & Max 2 getting thrown away, the Full Throttle sequel looked like total garbage. It was a mercy killing.
They were going to make it into a beat 'em up brawler ffs.
It's not free. You pay once (a la guild wars). I wasn't aware that they had ever planned to have subscriptions...

Now they aren't just milking the dead cow, they are putting makeup and some pantyhose on it.
From what I've heard, though, the current dev team has actually been trying to fix a lot of the problems and inconsistances that previous devs have put in the game. You have to at least appreciate that, although I wonder how they'll correct the fact that they put fucking ELVES into britainnia.
I hadn't, but I'm getting the same thing now, yeah.
