Ginsburg believed in a "living" U.S. Constitution so that directly goes against her vow to uphold the U.S. Constitution. Now she can be replaced by a Constitutional judge and the SCOTUS will be far off better for it.
So did the forefather that wrote the Constitution. That was it's whole point.
Take a basic ConLaw class. Even conservatives that claim to hate this notion do it, as their own interpretations change just as often.
Or, instead if taking a course, just read the damn constitution. It's intentionally vague as shit.

inXile simply can't seem to make games that sell anymore. Wasteland 3 only made it to 6th place last week (launch was 8/28) and it's nowhere to be seen this week in spite of pretty decent critics reviews (86 MC average). Luckily it also has coop so publishers will hopefully not conclude yet again that single player RPGs do not sell anymore but it's still a pity to see WL3 fail at sales. It doesn't bode well for Microsoft's future plans with regard to inXile either. I don't necessarily mean shutting them down but the types of games Microsoft will greenlight.
No it's not. It's a walled garden that Apple has the same set of rules for EVERYONE on the App Store.

It's been pretty good here in Colorado without any lockdown BS from the useless politicians. Bars, restaurants, lakes, parks.. good to go here. Just have to wear your fakebelieve mask to get into places, then take it off. Not too worried about a flu
Hope the rest of you can get out from under your shitty politicians thumbs and take back your cities.

I really don't think "influencers" warrant an obit. How about just keeping to people who have actually contributed to society in some meaningful way - whether it be arts, science, business, or sports?
