if you really need this sort of Guffin and don`t just enjoy roleplaying/creating your own stories in an infinite sandbox Yeah we were fed this line with Elite Dangerous as well and the game is BORING AS FUCK. There have to be adequate SYSTEMS in PLACE to ALLOW that, which NMS seems completely lacking.
It`s quite sad to see that majority (at least judging by comments here) of once-leading in innovation PC gaming community are locked in a baseless hate exercise I certainly don't hate the game (I HATE Donald Trump. A video game is just a video game), but I think everything shown of it since its initial trailer hasn't done a bit of good in making the game look either fun or interesting... which is a shocking achievement for a title which has had as much press as NMS. |

Wiki
Hurricane Sandy (unofficially known as "Superstorm Sandy") was the deadliest and most destructive hurricane of the 2012 Atlantic hurricane season, and the second-costliest hurricane in United States history. Classified as the eighteenth named storm, tenth hurricane and second major hurricane of the year, Sandy was a Category 3 storm at its peak intensity when it made landfall in Cuba.[1] While it was a Category 2 storm off the coast of the Northeastern United States, the storm became the largest Atlantic hurricane on record (as measured by diameter, with winds spanning 1,100 miles (1,800 km)).[3][4] Estimates as of 2015 assessed damage to have been about $75 billion (2012 USD), a total surpassed only by Hurricane Katrina.[5] At least 233 people were killed along the path of the storm in eight countries. |

I've never had any instruction and so my drive has a slice... but since I almost always do it I just call it a fade and play into it
My irons tend to fly a lot straighter, though. During a particular year after work I would head to a nearby driving range and just hit a big bucket maybe three times a week (it's remarkably cathartic). The range was called (rather ironically) "Smiley's" and was the most rundown, weed infested place you can imagine, with a depressingly small and neglected mini golf course and a couple of shoddy batting cages. The older guy behind the desk day after day looked the very picture of melancholic, only responding to the approach of the few guests with a forced exclamation of "yeah!" every time, like clockwork. I moved away for a while and returned to find the old place shuttered up and emblazoned with a "for sale" sign |

| True story, I HATE yelling fore, even when I know I should. Yelling on a golf course just feels so dirty... it doesn't help that my regular playing partner also never yells it (he hits toward people way more often than I do). |

Haven't played a single Blizzard game from then until Overwatch. Love Overwatch, definitely one of the greatest MP FPS in a long time. Exact opposite. And I was pretty hyped on the beta for OW but burned out after launch in just a few weeks. I was just hoping for another TF2 I could sink a thousand hours into and the thought of sinking a thousand hours into OW makes me want to puke, so I just haven't touched the game in at least a month. |

| VS used to regularly have videos with 100+ votes. Either the quality of submitted videos has dropped sharply or there aren't as many people voting... |

It shows that a person will pander to anything to try to squeeze another vote out. I mean all Trump can do is pander and posture because nobody can legitimately vote for him based on policy: HAS HAS NONE.
And 99% of politicians pander or posture to one degree or another. It's infuriating and depressing to see an otherwise honorable candidate do it, but in a system where money is the defining resource to launching a political campaign, such practice is all but a requirement to getting elected. |

| Crucial M500 is my game drive, Samsung Evo is system drive. No complaints here, but then again I waited so long to switch to SSD that virtually anything seems like worlds of improvement. |

Oh wow he signed "a pledge"?
Yeah if he somehow gets elected and somehow somebody brings this up the immediate response will doubtless be "it's not in the budget."
He's just posturing. |

Guess what? In almost every case, state law can trump federal law. Yeah no, marijuana is still very much illegal IN THE UNITED STATES and classified as a Schedule 1 drug, same as any other. There have been cases of The Feds coming into places like California and prosecuting medical marijuana organizations.
While in that particular case the DISTRICT COURT basically sided with the marijuana businesses, it's still open season nation wide. There is more or less a standing order for federal enforcement under the Obama administration to honor state laws where marijuana is concerned, but that changes with the president and obviously isn't a solution. Either the law needs to change for marijuana (and there have been small efforts on a national level here, the Rohrabacher-Farr amendment specifically from a couple years ago which is what saved those businesses in CA, and the CARERS Act which was introduced in 2015-2016 aims to move weed to Schedule II drug among other things) or the Supreme Court needs to rule definitively one way or the other (which doesn't seem likely). |

| Terraria Otherworld (more Terraria 1.5 than a sequel) was originally supposed to be out for Christmas 2015, but they missed that and have been completely silent through 2016. And Otherworld will be wrapped I think before we have any concrete progress shown on Terraria 2. |

How can a company not patent a mathematical formula but they can patent the application of a mathematical formula? That doesn't make sense. Either a math formula is completely patent free or the Supreme Court ruling is meaningless. Because patents are ALL ABOUT APPLICATION of an idea, not the idea itself.
You can SAY you're going to invent or create X to accomplish Y, but until you have the specific action or means by which to do it you aren't getting a patent for it.
The problem with patents concerning software is software is so fucking complex and patent offices so not brimming with elite coders that the scope of what is patentable and what isn't is now nebulous at best. |

Supreme court already stated that you cannot patent mathematical equations. Hence they have nothing to worry about! Good thing they didn't patent an equation, they patented the application of an equation in rendering 2D/3D images and animations. |
