Reminds me of an incident I ran into while out with a friend of mine one night. We stopped at McDonalds or some such other health food store and saw some dog which had another dogs head locked in its jaws.
So we head on over to the 2 to see if we could help since the owners didn't seem to know what to do. All I could think of was to punch the offending dog in the head. Not a smart thing to do since it seemed to hurt its victim more than the dog I was punching.
Anyway, a guy says "get some water". So eventually a guy comes out with a bottle of water and handed it to me. I had no idea what they were trying to tell me, so I just poured it over the attacking dog with no specific location in mind. Obviously nothing happened, the dog still had its victim in its jaws - which was now starting to bleed.
Another few minutes passed and a guy came out again with another bottle of water and poured it right into the attacking dog's nostrils and it immediately let go. Within a nanosecond I gave a familiar, almost Seinfeld sounding... "Ooohh!" thinking "so that's what they meant". Man did I look stupid. Perhaps even more stupid than the ass that owned the attacking dog. Oh well. Better luck next time, but this piece of advice can at least come in handy if you ever run into this situation.
On another note, that video of the amusement park ride was terrible. I'd ask for bigger warnings, but it probably wouldn't help the likes of IQ challenged people like myself. I saw the heading and assumed it was empty
