Spoken like someone who has never made a game before. None of what you said is true.
Most demos aren't time limited. It's entirely up to the developer. I have one in it, Office Nightmare, and it has been available for quite a while. I'm not turning it off at the end of the NextFest, because I can see stats about demos being claimed vs. demos actually being ran. I can tell you only about 5% of the people who claim a demo actually run it, so it would not be very fun for people to try to run the demo later and it doesn't work.
Anyone who thinks using AI to generate voices will result in "cheaper games for consumers".... well I have a really great bridge you might be interested in.
This game is awesome and does not get enough love. Give it a shot, preferably with friends, but you can achieve a little bit solo if you have a lot of patience.

That is some nonsense. Not saying anything about the quality of how this game plays, but nothing about this looks "indie". It is clearly something done by a LOT of professionals.
This game is amazing, and is probably the most fun I've had co-op in several years. The newer missions have more checkpoints and are quite doable with one other human, each ordering around one bot as needed. It's not that bad to manage. Even solo you can get some fun out of it, but obviously if you have 3 other friends, this is not to be missed.
I've been playing a ton of this on Xbox. It's the best story mode they have ever done. The last chapter is wild and a ton of fun, especially if you have been following the series all along.
I played a good chunk of MyHouse.wad, it is a very unsettling experience. Eventually it gets obscure to the point of not being respectful of your time, but it is definitely worth trying and then watching the video to see what stuff you missed.
It's a great game, but I would only play it if you have 1 to 3 friends. Bots can fill out the team, and you can issue the bots commands. They hold their own, while of course not being as good as a real human. You definitely need good teamwork and coordination. One of the best co-op experiences I have had.
I'm about halfway through mission 1 (missions are larger than they have ever been) and if you were down for Sniper Elite before, you are down for this. Also got invaded by an enemy human sniper, which was cool, even though it got me killed. Not a big deal since it lets you reload from the point you got invaded.
