Odd. I'm playing the game on PC and I don't have that issue at all - AI is attacking properly, using combos, etc. And the game is really good so far - much more engaging than Zestiria ever was.

EDIT: devs are aware of the problem and they're already working on a fix.

For those of us who do like Monster Hunter it is currently the only good option on PC

Well, there's also Toukiden: Kiwami for the PC, which I personally find pretty good. But as far as Monster Hunter like games go, that's pretty much it.

As for God Eater, I'm really enjoying it (I'm playing Resurrection before playing 2). The port has its quirks, but nothing major. And the game has been really fun so far.

Finding Verizon wants to charge $5.00 extra per month to not list a phone number in pubic directories

I really hope that you meant to write "public", and that was just a typo.

That said, I very much doubt CIG will ship S42 this year and I've been disappointed with the pace of development for the PU. By the end of this year we'll know the true picture of development.

It seems your faith is waning, though you still try to be optimistic. I'd say that's fair. I'm curious myself to see in what state Star Citizen will be by the end of the year, and for the record, I hope it meets your expectations then.

I'm playing on a GTX 760 without issues or crashes. That said, I'm not using the latest drivers, so it might have something to do with that.

Oh look, Star Citizen now has a feature that's been implemented years ago in Evochron, a game with a total budget probably around 0.1% of the Star Citizen budget?

Yeah, that's mighty impressive.

I first saw seamless planetary landings in Elite 2, their budget was even smaller. Your point is?

My point is that what they showed is not impressive at all to me, mostly because people with a much smaller budget have already done it (arguably) better. One could argue that Star Citizen's procedural generation *looks* better, but in this particular case I can't even go there - at least not yet.

I'm note sure what I'm more confused about... that someone here quoted "Gilmore Girls", that I recognized it as that, or that the quote itself is a reference to "Waiting For Godot". Well played sir.

Yeah, it's things like that that make Bluesnews so special to me.

Guild Wars 2 is the only major MMO that I know of that is Buy 2 Play.

The Secret World. Elder Scrolls Online. Probably something else I can't remember right now.

But of those, Guild Wars 2 is certainly my favorite.

I'm really enjoying it so far (1 hour or so in). Runs great, looks just fine to me, and even the English dub is good. I'm looking forward to playing more tonight.

At least for me, this game is MUCH better than Van Helsing 1 or most other ARPGs in recent memory. It plays great with a controller, too, which is kind of what I was after. I'm really enjoying it a lot.

"Not long after that we will be releasing the next level of Arena Commander, allowing players with bigger ships to fly them with friends, on maps that are closer in size to the huge ones you’ll have in the final game"

Uh, "maps"?

Yes, maps. They never promised a seamless "translational" experience in a virtual universe, did they?

Or how Star Citizen optimistic backers would say, "hey, don't you know the Universe is made of maps? We just haven't reached a level transition boundary yet with any of our ships. Dark matter is proof that the Universe uses quantic BSP trees on a macroscopic level"
