This is frighteningly generic. Wouldn't bleach fall into this category? Cigarrettes? Rat poison? Batteries? Gasoline?
If this prosecutor is accurately describing the law, there are far too many legitimate substances that have the capability
to cause death or serious injury, and also contain chemicals. The government isn't going to arrect everybody who is involved with the manufacture of these items, but who's to say they wouldn't use it as an excuse to catch somebody they don't like? (yeah, I guess it sounds a bit like a conspiracy theory, but the system apparently allows it. Fill up your gas tank, and you're transporting WoMD)This comment was edited on Sep 15, 12:36.
