I have not defended Intel at all, just persecuting AMD for there conduct.
there?

Again. I realized that I used ‘there’ which signifies location right after I posted it, but I wasn’t compelled to correct it. Even though I knew someone like yourself would bring up it. Who I must point out in all probability leads a humdrum life.

And how are you classifying "failed" today Tim? Your topic is misleading, as is your text. The suit has not been dismissed. It's not likely to be resolved in this decade, but it's not going to be so handily dismissed either. Not when there's some pretty damning evidence against Intel.

You are so blinded by your absurdity. I have not defended Intel at all, just persecuting AMD for there conduct. You are the AMD fanboi, proved positive by your post.

Oh, and I own both Intel and AMD stock, as well as computers based on both technologies.

You would be foolish to work with computers for a living and not own Intel stock.

"The AMD filing, which is surprisingly readable for a legal document, seems to have been crafted not only as a legal complaint, but as part of a media campaign. AMD has also run full-page ads in major newspapers outlining its position," said Martin Reynolds, vice president and fellow at Gartner Research."

And there little stunt failed. Why AMD?

Lost Coast...more like Lost Hope.

wonder if this comes out before the Battlefield 2 expansion?

It's going to be close.

With the inclusion of the Navy SEALs, British SAS, Russian Spetznas, MEC Special Forces, Rebel groups and insurgents,
it pretty much means there trying io dismantle the CS scene.

I haven’t had any BF2 issues outside of not having enough time to actually play. There have been heaps of games that have been released with bugs that make them utterly unplayable (ie. Boiling Point) The lesson?...The lesson is that you can’t make a game that people want to play that has bugs.

For the "common handed" is there such thing as a bad experience with a mouse? I guess it relative.

How exactly did Vietnam come into this discussion? Vietnam is a country thousands of years old with a rich and fascinating history; why you feel the need to refer to the entire country of Vietnam as simply ill fated quarrel between two “superpowers”.
Scores of blood hath been shed in those lands throughout time without a white face in sight.

For Cromwells sake, the Vietnamese people are past it, maybe its time you should move on as well?

It just doesn’t have the emotional heave it once had; Iraq...well don’t blink.

First of Camaro you pulled that excerpt from and article about a statement id released concerning leaked images of Quake 4 which was written two years ago(21/07/2003). That article goes on to state..... " No firm date for the launch of the game has yet been set, but it is not expected until Mid '04 at the earliest."

You said yourself id is overseeing and supervising the development of Quake IV.
They do not exclusively make game engines.

Last time I checked id was still making a game called Quake 4. id is a company that develops is own engines and makes games using those engines. Is that a difficult fact to grasp?

It still doesn't change the fact that there are still bits of early Quake code in Half Life 2.

promises 5-fold increase in graphics memory prices.

Perhaps you can aquire some shares when the stock splits.

Also contemplating if Intel is going to be the exclusive implementer of this technology. Either way im sure AMD just hired more lawyers.

That Power Tools ad has got to be the best commercial I've ever seen. Hell, I think it's triggered a new fetish!
womenfolk with safety goggles and hard hats never look like that from my experience.

Oh and by chance would anyone happen to know the name of that executible that lets you alter your themes in WINXP?

I’m glad the game requires a top notch system to run well. There are a lot of positive effects that come along with it.

Think about it.

and your "fireworks are good and guns are bad" logic is more rational?

Please and are you idiots that dense? the prick called me Einstein. Now Fancy this, he was born in Ulm, Baden wurttemberg, not even 50 km from where I was born. Both of us Germans from the black forrest, both of us came to the united states, but I am not a jew.
You're the one with the problem if you see anything wrong with what I have said.

If you called me Mohammad instead if Einstein then my reply would have been “I may have thought about fucking a Syrian woman once, but I’m no Muslim."

Did I offend you?
Well I just don’t give a shit.

Oh and warpig I stated what was constructive about the use of fireworks.

And besides what the fuck isn’t entertainment in one way or another? I bet there are millions of people that would call taking a shit on your face entertainment, but your whole argument is a red herring.

Moving on, Fireworks injure people and cause fires that destroy property etc. Now, if your one of the pansies that think that video games cause people to injure others then I want nothing more to do with you.

Non professional fireworks are not constructive at all; they cause noise pollution and environmental pollution.

Guns don’t kill people by themselves; guns used for good are constructive. There benefits outweigh the negatives.

Individuals who partake in the use of fireworks are no better then those in the Middle East who find it necessary to release thousands of rounds from their ak47’s because they think it’s entertaining.

Er... Lugar? Now, if that isn't a troll, then I think Tim just got the award for most stupid post in 2005 - already!

Are you serious? Is anyone else appalled that people like him exist in this world?
What your problem? Tell us so we can hound you

Back to my point, I’m pro-adults can make their own decisions and a government doesn’t have to tell me what I can and cannot do, because my motives usual coincide with a ambivalent and sensible rule.

Oh and nin who’s digits and even appendages were ballisticly removed by playing video games? When a toddler finds his or her parents stash of video games is ….. blah blah…. I know you’re usually an advocate of anything, but comparing video games to fireworks is about as brainless what I discussed above.
