if you go to gogamer.com you can get the UK version for about 35 bucks. I've ordered from them a few times, and have yet to run into any problems.

Is the SWG team trying to get high school kids that buy the SE beat up here? . I dunno, I'm not ashamed of looking forward to this game, but I'd really rather people's first impressions of me not be "star wars nerd".

I'm not sure how they work it now, but I know that it *could* be bought in the US through their site at introversion.co.uk . Wouldn't surprise me if there's some sort of US exclusive deal though, but I honestly have no clue. Strategy first is just publishing and/or distributing here in the US for them. Check the game out, I still pick it up every now and again for kicks, graphically simple, but very clever.

"Any competition pitting people with skills that "ordinary" people don't have where there is a clearcut winner and loser IS a sport."

I don't even think I'm nitpicking here, when I bring up, say.... Scrabble Tournaments? (yes ordinary people can play scrabble, but not at the X-teme (tm) difficulty levels of the CrAzY tournaments, just as anybody (or so the DMV says) can drive a car, just not at ridiculous speeds.) No doubt there's some competition going on, but a sport? hardly. Somebody bless america we need it
