This strikes me as marketing language designed to deter those who thought they would wait for the game to come out on PC so they can pirate it and to push gamers towards the more profitable, and regulated console platform.

Many PC game ports are already being released years after the console game due to this reasoning. It certainly wouldn't be much of a leap for them to say this now and then in a year or two "decide" to do a PC version after all and rake in the last couple of dollars before it gets put on the internet.

Miniclip has several versions of the "Trial Bike" game that was posted on Bluesnews a loong time ago.

Anyone have that really old link to the Motorcycle Game that was all about physics. You had to get your moto over the objects leaning forward and backward, etc. Based off of an actual sport?

Very funny SA picks. I always thought about doing that......but that would mean spending time outside....where it is currently cold.

lol...

"At least one drinker is going to get a shock over Christmas though. Instead of uncorking a $62 (NZ $150) vintage Hawke's Bay red, the drinker will find a bottle of coloured water, the New Zealand Herald reported on Thursday.

The mistake happened last week when winery staff in the town of Hastings accidentally sold a display bottle labelled Gimblett Road 1998 Cabernet Sauvignon-Merlot."

And watch whoever ends up drinking it not even notice... they'll be like.... ahhhhh it's so smooth. And then will wonder why their mouth has been dyed red after looking in the mirror.

Actually says "Kill all the Haitians"... probably during one of the "Cuban" missions for Umberto Robina.

"It seems, having read this http://libertus.net/censor/fallacies.html#vg that the game was in fact entitled Custer's Revenge."

The article only said this about the "Custer's Revenge" Title.

"(Note: There was apparently a game called Custers Revenge produced and available for the Atari 2600 system in the early 1980s. That may or may not have some connection with claims that a game titled Custer's Last Stand was allegedly poised hit the Australian market in 1992/93.)"

Yeah, I believe GTA3 had "Jamaicans" and GTA:VC has "Haitians"...

I am not exactly sure though where it says "Kill Haitians"... maybe during one of the rampages?

EDIT: misread nin's post

That Image of the Day is hilarious. I imagine other headlines for the image like "Rep. Dick Gephardt hangs out with potential voters", "Rep. Dick Gephardt extends his gratitude to the public"... etc.

w00t 62! I am officially a legend it says... ha

Yes, it is much harder against a human because they can use other distractions to disrupt your tracking like their hands, arms covering the view... noises, body shifts, etc.

Although I only got to 62... and the things were flying around all over the place for awhile before they finally stopped.... I wonder how far you can go, and how crazy it gets.

If you don't like RealPlayer/RealOne Player or the QuickTime Player then check out the Real/QuickTime Alternative.

It is a program that allows you to play all the RealPlayer and QuickTime formats as well as streaming capabilities without installing those bloated players which are more marketing than functionality.

http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/finalbuilds.htm
http://home.hccnet.nl/h.edskes/mirror.htm

I uninstalled my RealPlayer and QuickTime crap awhile ago and have been using both of these with the included Media Player Classic for all my RealPlayer and QuickTime needs without a hitch.
