Static IP, true....and not too expensive. However, have you ever tried calling their tech support? I have literally sat on hold for OVER an hour and a half waiting to speak to a human. Thats just pathetic, and you could generally find that quality of service at any time of day or night.

Their billing people have their heads up their butts and deep. I have a $1400 charge off on my credit report from these assholes....they said I owed them for 10 months of service that I never paid (even though the only way they will bill you is your credit card or bank card so they ALWAYS get their money before your months service). Funnier still, these alleged 10 months of service were at a residence I had not lived in for over a year....I was actually in a different state.

Even more amazing is they allowed me to sign up a new account at my new residence and they never made a peep about the $1400 charge off. And when I called them up to find out what was going on with my credit, they needed my name and my name only to look it up...pathetic.

I hope they all go to hell and get those jobs at McDonalds that they ALMOST deserve. I will be dancing on DirecTV DSL's grave....
