10. Gay games Jul 1, 2014, 14:35 TangledThorns

If developers truly wanted to 'get behind' the gay revolution they should develop a game where the main character is a gay male and see how well that sells. Hint: It won't.

Gee, guy, take a look at anatomical charts for men and women and study up on how the human race procreates (how you got here, in other words), and you may just discover the reason homosexuality has been a deviant sexual practice in every civilization on earth since the dawn of recorded history. Long before there were churches, etc.

And yet another moron goes on ignore.

Censor much?

I disagree that it's deviant however your point about procreation is valid as homosexuality is a reproductive birth defect. That being said, homosexuality will someday be cured with gene therapy.

It'd be funny if Tim Cook was the wife (receiver) in that relationship.

I've been playing through the first this year also (never played it at the time) and hats off, even considering the age of it, it's an amazing looking game to behold. I don't like saying "best ever!!!" but those jungles are pretty astonishing. Yet to try the others, but am aware of the negativity surrounding them.

Right on about the jungle. I was playing BF4 last night and was amazed that DICE has yet to allow plants to move when walk through them. In fact, I can't think of another non-Crytek game that does this.

I just played all the Crysis games this year and the first Crysis still looks amazing. Crytek can develop amazing graphics, they just need a awesome story to go with it.

To make the game challenging you're gonna lose access to weapons and gadgets as you level up.

I'm very excited and hope there is some sequel news at E3. I just finished the last game a second time last week after I upgraded my PC so I could max out the game's setting with TressFX enabled, soooo nice.

I suspect DICE recognized the popularity of the Metro map and is developing this game for BF players that like vehicle-free maps.

Again, this also goes back to the weakness of consoles that is limiting PC ports of BF games. It's gonna be a long time before we see a BF game supporting 128 players

It's bad enough that every imagination-deficient American is naming their poor kid Aiden these days -- now imagination-deficient game developers are naming their characters Aiden too?

Unfortunately names are trendy here in the States but its nowhere near as bad as the Middle East where every boy is named Mohammed or Osama.
