I guess I overstated my point. I'm thinking of his demeaner with the other guys and his ability to talk to anyone (with the exception of Tony) and speak his mind honestly. I think back:
I really like his character and I wish they would focus an episode on him. I guess the back office nature of his role would limit that.

Have you ever even SHOT a real gun before? There is quite a bit of recoil.
I really think that this particular demo has done quite well with realisticly mimicking what the gun's recoil will do to your shot accuracy and what moving around will do to your shot accuracy.
