I guess I overstated my point. I'm thinking of his demeaner with the other guys and his ability to talk to anyone (with the exception of Tony) and speak his mind honestly. I think back:
I really like his character and I wish they would focus an episode on him. I guess the back office nature of his role would limit that.
Maybe his 'business manager' role is what appeals to me as that is my role at work.
