Strike Suit Zero was nothing but a buggy mess for me, and I could never get it to work properly after the first thirty seconds or so.

You think it would just be a matter of turning off the cooling and disabling the thermal auto-shutdown.

"Mother! I've turned the cooling units back on! MOTHER?!"

Really looking forward to this, doubt I will preorder it though.

During one of the recent Black Friday episodes, they riffed on pre-orders, with Cartman saying (paraphrased) "Only fools put in pre-orders for a video game. Because you're committing to something which keeps getting delayed and will probably suck ass."

He may also have been a victim of entrapment. That is when agencies like the FBI hire 'informants' and actually goad people into doing something they would otherwise never do, and thus entrap them.

But you're right about entrapment. Apparently he was goaded into hacking Stratfor by an FBI informant.

I think you're confused on what "entrapment" is. It doesn't matter one wit that the FBI "goaded" him into it. He still knew what he was doing was wrong.

Entrapment is when law enforcement prosecutes you for committing a crime after convincing you that it's not actually a crime to begin with. Very basic example:

Cop: "You know, you don't have to stop at red lights anymore."
Citizen: "Really?"
Cop: "Yeah, the Supreme Court ruled that red lights are unconstitutional."
Citizen: "Great! Thanks!" (drives through red light)
Cop: (pulls over citizen and gives him a ticket)

That's entrapment.

When I first saw this meme, I tried that on Bing to see what would happen, and "Xbox One is amazing" was the 6th choice on the drop down.

Okay, maybe things have changed, so I loaded up IE (gah) and tried it again.

  • "Xbox One is terrible"
  • "Xbox One is going to fail"
  • "Xbox One is ugly"
  • "Xbox One is watching you"
  • "Xbox One is bad"
  • "Xbox One is crap"
  • "Xbox One is doomed"
  • "Xbox One is stupid"

While I agree with every statement above, this looks like it's just some good ol' fashioned anti-Microsoft muckraking.

EDIT: I do have ad-block running, so I don't know if that's making a difference or not.

Really, going after Rachel Maddow? ... Why, because she just happens to be gay and would like the same rights afforded her family as any other citizen of her country?

I would like to point out that the only person to actually bring up the gay thing is you. Apparently, you feel that her sexuality is important. Why is that?

Fast and Furious: Not even an Obama program. Why are you bringing this up? You honestly think the DOJ is going to suddenly stop doing stupid stuff under a new president?

Funny, that's exactly what Obama was saying, right up to the point where he invoked Executive Privilege to prevent Congress from getting the paper trail between him and Holder regarding the release of thousands of military-grade weapons to the Mexican drug cartels and the murders of over 300 Mexican citizens and two Federal agents.

So, which is it? Was Obama lying then, or is he lying now?
