i think the no comment thing means they're aiming for the original date but some things have gone wrong (cs:cz, steam) and they arent sure if they'll make it
yes they are.. but its a shole back scratching thing..
one of the things they pointed out in the early days of steam is that they hope to have drivers available over it - so you can update drivers as easily as you update games..
you wouldnt belive the amount of people who find updating drivers insanely hard to do.
i hope theres an option to like rent it for a week or something - i wanna download it from steam to get it early - but i really want a box and manual..
then again - my cd's always break and scratch and the boxes and manuals just take up room (and i dont read the manual). And its so much trouble to put the cd-key in.
yeha im gonna buy through steam. Thanks guys this post really helped me make my mind up.
i wasnt so amazed at this video the 2nd time.. just a few things.
the guy who shoots through the first set of windows, he doesnt attempt to shoot at the player - he just unloads about 15 rounds into a wall - then the player jumps where he was shooting - like he missed his cue or something.
the 2nd window - theres a guy outside shooting in - we see the glass smash and the blinds jiggle about - then he is ignored. I cant help thinking "im going to get shot in the back of the head".
the huge barrel falling.. it catches that one guy perfectly with the stuff inside.. if that wasnt scripted it was a hell of a cooincidence.
thats about all i could find wrong apart from the obvious crowbar break delay.
