And that is the good thing, mom and dad need to their shit together for her at least, unfortunately mom likes to fight, but I had her go get on Zoloft so we will see how things go. Put up with her she is young … emotional … pregnant … just had a baby, they are running out of reasons for me to “put up” with her, surly “normal” is just around the corner.
To be fair, "normal" is a long way off still. Pregnancy hormones take a while to wear off. If she's breast-feeding, they'll linger longer. Pregnancy does such a number on a woman's body that it doesn't just snap back quickly.
I'm not trying to excuse her behavior or say you should put up with anything and everything she throws at you. Just keep in mind that she has just gone through one of the most life-changing experiences. Having a child is not something you can prepare for with sleep deprivation, priorities changing in ways you can't even imagine, etc..
I really don't envy where you are at right now. A child tests the strongest of relationships. With you two not exactly seeing eye-to-eye, it has to be so hard.
Beauty is truth; truth beauty - that is all ye need to know on earth...except TCP/IP.
