It's funny how Bush went from a man who promised a modest presence on the world stage to the One True Arbiter of Good and Evil. (Yes, he's added into the governmental lexicon - "Evildoer." Condi and Cheney shudder every time they have to use his language. ) He promised not to be interested in nation building, and now we're stuck in a quagmire trying to build up a nation that hates us.
