It's always a good time to go to the Keys.

Seriously, the tourist season (January-April) has slowed down, so you'll be able to find some deals. Which section of the Keys do you plan on hitting?

Heroes was, of course, better.

I disagree. IMESFHO, I think the season finale of Lost was better. Heroes had an amazing season and was generally consistent, but I found the ending a bit too telegraphed. I mean, didn't we spend the last 10 minutes screaming at the TV SST: CUT SYLAR'S HEAD OFF OR HE WILL COME BACK, YOU FOOLS!? While with Lost, there were a whole bunch of OMG That was unexpected! (As compared to the OMGWTFBBQPOLARBEAR that Lost can sometimes venture into.)

Blue -

Call your local Girl Scout council. They'll hopefully treat you right. Z posted in last night's ITB about the insanely good service we got through the process.

Blue - are you sure that Hudson isn't trying to reprogram it with his cold, wet nose to get more Animal Planet programming recorded?

They're Girl Scouts. For the most part, they are a rather trustworthy organization! I was a GS for 6-7 years, so I felt that I could trust 'em. How was I to know that we had a dishonest scout? Or an evildoer following her deliveries snatching cookies off doorsteps?

I've got a season pass set up for it. I may be able to coerce Zathrus to watch the first episode with me. We are both fans of Eddie Izzard ("Ciao!"), and I would love to see what he can do with real material. (I loved Mystery Men but it wasn't really the best flick...)

I totally agree that some germ exposure is good to build up immunity. However, I'm all about reducing exposure to the nastier germs.

While I usually wash my hands after a restroom visit, I think its mostly a feelgood thing to do rather than useful in terms of hygeine. Think about what you do when you wash your hands: 1. dirty hands: open the faucet. 2. rinse/soap/rinse. Hands now clean. 3. close faucet...WAIT A MINUTE- that's the same faucet you just touched with dirty hands. So you just "undid" your handwashing. 4. Grab a towel (many restrooms have manually activiated towel dispenser, so another dirty contact point. So unless the towels have hand sanitizer on them (nearly all do not), you've really done nothing. 5. open restroom door and waslk out. Well there goes another dirty contact.

Obviously, you haven't mastered the use of the side of your hands/wrist as well as effective paper towel management.

Turn off the water with either the side of your hand or using a paper towel. Dispose of the paper towel post turning off water and opening the door to the restroom.

Man you guys are all so sensitive The likelihood of you catching anything is virtually zero unless you lick your hands thoroughly on a regular basis.

I always wash my hands after a sit-downer but for a pee? Not always.

It's just a good time to wash your hands, period. You touch so many things on a regular basis, why not just wash them post pee? It's just good hygeine.

Plus you're handling your dick, dude.

Do you have any server based DVR services? (Comcast On-Demand) I'm guessing you don't, I almost never use those services because there is nothing worth watching.

We do have access to On Demand programming and we never use it. There's no need. We have TiVos full of programming we do want to watch (and are constantly behind on).

The amount of movies Z and I saw before our children: averaged one a week.
We saw two movies in the theatre in 2006. We paid a babysitter once to go see V for Vendetta and we shared a babysitter with friends to see POTC2. We plan on catching most films on DVD, and we were doing well in the summer of 2006 before we decided to sell our house and move. We haven't successfully watched a full film at home since we moved.
