What does one do when they dont undertand something? Get mad and defensive. Needles dont take out on others cause your mom decides to marry her brother. Not every one has the knowledge to understand basic pc hardware. LOL and in advance, if your gonna dish it out learn how to take it. 
LOL ok dork most of us get the idea and the ones who dont, like your explaination is going to make it easier to understand. Plain and simple it's like the Horsepower 64hp is better the 34hp. Or like a sewer pipe you can get alot more crap through a 64cm pipe the a 32cm pipe. You dont need to get all geeky explaining 64 is better the 32.
OK that was a biased opinion beside being full of it. You obviously haven't played enough RTS games. I disagree totaly with you since I am a avid player of both chess and WC3.

My little Bro's best friend works at Blizzard as a Network Admin. For getting hooked up with all the betas I never thought I would have a hard time finding out whats the next game coming out. He said no one really knows, not even some of the head programmers(so they say)but the "rumor"going around there is the its gonna be a FPS. I love CS but really hope its something else. I'm praying for SC2. I still wonder whats the point to the ending of Hard in WC3. Looks like SC men. Plus this new engine is pretty nice.
