Hezbollywood - trying to end the war is bad?

in case anyone hasn't noticed, just as with the Palestinian Hamas, all Israel has accomplished by bombing is to strengthen Hezbollah -politically- - they're now the Heroes of Lebanon (hey maybe someone will do a game of that) which will hugely increase their % in the next election.

Meanwhile, by it's own definition ie by failing to win the decisive victory it said it HAD TO have in this campaign, Israel has lost power regionally, which is the last thing it can afford to do.

Hezbollah: 1 Israel: 0

the description reminds me of the movie Red Dawn.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0087985/
In our time, no foreign army terrorist organization has ever occupied American soil. Until now.
It is the dawn of World War III. In mid-western America, a group of teenagers bands together to defend their town, and their country, from invading Soviet terrorist forces.
uh... " WOLVERINES! "... i guess.

although this:
These terrorists have positioned bombs, each armed with enough nuclear strength to level an entire city. Each of these bombs detonate simultaneously, destroying major cities across the country.
would more likely result in This film coming true -
Threads http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0090163/
as a user comments, "Genuinely horrifying ".
Rent it to see one possible, and very very depressing view of our future.

Several gameplay fixes are included
not enhancements, but Fixes? Does this mean ATI has to make specific drivers for specific games so that the games work?, and each driver rev they have to pour thru a list of games each of which needs it's own unique tweak and build? omg.

When has it become normal for companies to outright lie
since the entity known as the "Corporation" first existed.

and when this practice of outright lying made customers angry,
Corps cooked up this method to get away with it:
Safe Harbor Statement
“Safe Harbor” Statement under the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995: This release includes forward-looking statements intended to qualify for the safe harbor from liability established by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. These forward-looking statements generally can be identified by phrases such as TI or its management “believes,” “expects,” “anticipates,” “foresees,” “forecasts,” “estimates” or other words or phrases of similar import. Similarly, statements in this release that describe the Company’s business strategy, outlook, objectives, plans, intentions or goals also are forward-looking statements. All such forward-looking statements are subject to certain risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially from those in forward-looking statements.
meaning Corporations can lie, cheat, steal, take your money and deliver absolutely nothing, then say "nyah nyah, we're covered by the Safe Harbor Act".

DAoC is another example of a stable, formerly great mmog that maybe could be sold/given to a smaller indie developer or fangroup to run.
