This is NOT PoP 3. It's either PoP 6 or 7 (depending on whether you count the Dreamcast game as part of the main series or not). I hate it when they do that, it's like they pretend the first games didn't exist.

Yes, the Unreal Engine is great, but now TV will "feel" like Unreal. Sierra is taking the easy way out just to make money.

There is absolutely no reason that TV should feel like Unreal. The team has written a new physics engine from scratch and they are aware that the new game needs to have that tribes feeling. Using a licensed engine that you can modify a lot isn't the same as making a mod for game. It's too early to tell if TV will be any good but I don't think using an existing engine is a problem.

The french version has already been released. It's not half as good as Syberia but it's nice. And it's not like adventure games fans have a lot to choose from.

with this game, is that the people in the planes have so much fun that they forget that the goal of the game is to capture the checkpoints.

who gives a flying flap

Maybe they should. Urban Terror is way better than Counterstrike and I really don't understand why there are still so many players playing that old sh** when Urban Terror has been available for quite a long time now.

I don't want to add to the bad taste of some comments. That death is sad, off course.

I just find that's it's a bit strange to link it with video games. If I died after a 5 hours coding session at work no one would say that coding is dangerous. But if the person was playing a videogame, then it becomes a news story.

I totally agree with The Lucifer. I don't care about yet another MMORPG but bring me the miniature game online and I'll be happy

I'm really worried by what I read in the Q&A about Broken Sword. I was hoping this might be a great adventure game in the style of the first two Broken Sword but they say they think that point'n'click adventure games are obsolete. So I fear it will have lot of silly action sequences and almost no interesting puzzle.

Yeah that's a scene from the already cult movie Kung Pow. So technically this is copyrighted content that Blue's News is linking to.

That was a great game. It was a horror game although it had some adult content too. The way it made you feel like you were going crazy that was just excellent!

why people play The Sims. I've read the article but still I have no clue. Yes, I have tried playing it but it's so boring. You get to do all the boring stuff of real life again in the game!

Off course, it's the stupid CNN guys who say that it's enhancing the graphics of The Sims and Everquest. NVidia are only talking about the next versions of these games. NVidia may like marketing BS that they won't go that far.

LOL. I haven't played Vice City yet (still a few days left til the europe releae) and I thought there wasn't going to be funny links since there was no web in 1986. But making a fake emulator page... that's pure genius!

This page looks so real it's amazing. If it wasn't for the whois record that shows the domain is owned by rockstar games I'd think it really existed!

I played this beautiful game last week-end (you can finish it in less than 10 hours easily). Well I had two crashing bugs that required me to load a previous saved game and none of them were near the Giant in Komkolzgrad.

Save often!

Well, it probably has to do with people who value their time more than their money, which isn't unreasonable. Being able to buy equipment with real money means that you spend less time working in-game to get the items.

But isn't that supposed to be fun? After all, you're not forced to play EQ. You're supposed to feel happy about your equipment and character's money because you've earned it. If you just bought it on ebay, what's the point of even playing?

I'm more amazed by all the players willing to pay real money for in-game currency.
