I agree but console game experience will never be the same as playing games on the PC. I had a 360 and i returned it after the first day of playing it.

I really hope the games coming out this year will make PC a platform for gaming again. Crysis, Alan Wake, Supreme Commander, UT3 the games i am really looking forward to play on the PC.

That is pretty sad. I do believe you it is just hard to understand why is there more console gamer than PC. I guess PC gamers are the enthusiast kind and console gamers are the average joes and kidos who doesn't want to bother with upgrading and tweaking.

Yeah but that is hardware software combined. Not just software. When they do those comparisons i don't think they combine the PC hardware as well as the software.

They'll sell many more copies of a console game than a pc game...

How is that possible if you only look at the number of people that gaming on the PC versus the consoles. Also not all the console gamers will buy every game. I just don't see how is it possible. I know there is piracy on the PC and stuff but still.

It is hard to believe they would sell more copies of a game like this one to console kidos than to PC gamers. That is just my opinion i might be wrong though.

I don't think they make more money off of console gamers than PC gamers. It sure is an extra money income but the development to the consoles cost money as well.

I don't know why should PC gamers wait for the console release. That does not seem to be the trend when a console game comes out first and a few months later the PC version just like R6Vegas. We should have the PC version released whether the console version is finished or not. Who gives a shit about console gamers.

I have been playing it since the demo release and i am completely addicted to it. The more i play the more fun i have. I e-mailed to Gas Powered Games to ask about the DX10 version of the game if it is going to be a separate box or something but no response yet.

I thought the whole point of this episodic content was to release games sooner than full blown retail games. Well that obviously does not work out the way it was intended to.

I dont think you will have to buy a different version of the game in order to play it in Vista. The patch seems more like it.

Also i don't know if anyone noticed it but the demo only uses one of the cores if you have dual core CPU. One of my CPU is 100% the other one is like 5-10% during gameplay. I guess the demo was not optimized for the dual core CPUs and such. Anyways the game is a lot of fun. It is a bit slow but still it is fun. I will definietly buy it when it comes out.

Is anyone here have Vista and a DX10 video card because this game supposed to be DX10 so i guess the demo should be running in Vista with the DX10 eye candy on. I would be curious if someone tried that already or not.

Interestingly, I often find the interface to be among the most important parts of the experience.

I played the beta of this game and i did not find the interface annoying or big or anything like that, compared to other RTS games. You can also modify the interface so it will not be so big. I agree the interface has some influence on the gameplay experience but it never turned down a game purchase for me, even if i didn't like the interface. After about 30 minutes of play you get used to it and don't even notice it anymore.

Another forgettable RTS. Horrible interface. Even on a widescreen display, the interface takes up literally 40% of the screen. I'll pass.

I usually buy the game for the xperience not for the interface. But again whatever rocks your boat.

I was a beta tester of this game as well. This game rocks. I preordered it as well. I don't know about the single player, but the multi player was awesome. Even though i had my ass handed to me 90% of the time.

I don't think this game will please everyone, but it will be at least as good as Company of Heroes was, if not better. Although i don't think it will have as strong of a story as CoH had, but i usually don't care much about the story line anyways.
