...which is great, because it'll get more players into the best FPS of the year. I see no problem there.
"best fps of the year" is a bit of a stretch unless you're EA PR dept.
Everybody knows the best fps of 2016 is CoD

I've tried Titsfall2 during the free weekend thing, I wasn't impressed tbh

Does any of you own Master of Orion, the new one?
Is it worth it at 50% off ?
I've been thinking about getting it.

Also thinking about getting Invisible Inc, and Everspace

I'm hoping this game goes on a rather severe sale tomorrow, it looks like a lot of fun at $9.99 or so.

It's available in a lot of places (G2A, CDKeys, etc) for less...
cdkeys have it for $43US
I guess EU peeps get a bigger discount on it than North America

It's pretty sad to see how these guys went from making one of the best CoD game in history to one of the shittiest of all. Racing to the bottom

Caution: Micro and Macro required.
That and a shit ton of multi tasking.
It is a fun game but some missions just became overwhelming and frustrating.
Not exactly the type of reactions I am looking for when I sit down to play games.
For $7.49 it's a steal though.

The one thing with Steam is if the game you get sucks at least you can get a refund. If you buy it elsewhere than well you're sol. For that alone it is worth spending an extra penny or two.
Not that I don't have plenty of games to play already.
I miss the daily deals though.

What are you talking about? Steam's 2 hour refund policy is a fucking joke. GOG gives you 30 days. Not 30 hours, 30 days.
Sorry got GMG and GOG mixed up.
For some reason I thought you were talking about GMG

The stupidest part is how they try to claim it's "emergent" gameplay when it's totally staged.
Their target audience being in the age range of 6-8yrs old, I am sure the kids will belíve this video was recorded during a live MP game session. For everyone else, it's pretty much insulting the intelligence of gamers what they're trying to sell here as "emergent gameplay".

Probably because they don't even have a fully functional flight model implemented, and they are spending time/effort/money on remaking Call of Duty Infinite Warfare.

but again if people paid for this, then why up in arms when its show off?

its like going to McDonald and ordering a big-mac, then pulling up to the window and the cashier hands you a combo with fries and a coke. You say i didn't order that, and they reply, the car behind you paid for everyone to have a combo order for the next 1 million customers. Then you get pissed because you didn't want the fries and a coke because it makes you fat, but you sure as hell going to eat them just for spite even if you didn't want or pay for them.
Most people that invested into this game did it for the space game not for the cod clone.
This fps module should have been something after the main game has shipped. It was a stretch goal not the main goal during the kickstarter

The narrative in these MP videos are fucking terrible.
I literally had to watch this with the sound muted, because it made me feel embarrassed to listen to it. Sounded like 7yrs old kids in the school yard or something.

I was familiar with 8bit Armies and had no idea they did 8Bit Hordes or that this was coming out. Pretty cool idea. Obvious nod to Starcraft with this one and Horde was Warcraft. One of my favorite games ever. Might have to pick that one up. Still haven't picked up Armies though.
Just add them to your wishlist on Steam, Holiday sale is coming

I feel the skin shouldn't have been 3000 gold without a bit more added to it, but the skin itself isn't bad.

Ah, I see. So it costs money, I thought it was some free holiday or unlockable update.
Me too, I didn't realize this costs money. I thought all these skins were random drops as you play the game

I'm looking at building a new PC in the new year. Was thinking Intel 6700k CPU but will hold off and see how zen turns out.
Rooting for AMD here to shake up the stagnant CPU market. Intel has been dominating for far too long due to lack of competition.
Come on AMD, kick some ass already!

if you listened to everything your 'fans' on reddit posted, no matter how good your game is or how minor the issue they have, you would soon realize that the entire fucking project and the life you have been living up to this point in time, is 100% mistakes
Agreed. It's nice of them to listen to the fans and feedback but there's no way to please everyone, especially not with something as subjective as what skins gets to be a legendary and what once are not.
Since it's all random drops I don't see what does it matter anyways. Not like people have any control over what skins they'll get when they open a loot box.

And before you say that's my ISP doing it, I have no such issues with Steam, with PS, with anything. Just with effing MS.
It does sound like your ISP though. Maybe the way the xbox gets the updates flags the process to your ISP as a torrent connection and throttle it?
Have you tried to use a VPN?
I've never had any download issues with the xbone updates.

Always at 180MB it stops though. Always. Doesn't matter the update size. 200MB? Chokes at 180. 5 GB? Chokes at 180. And it does it for nothing else.

So unless MS is actively giving me these updates through a torrent, I don't see it.
That's weird
