Why is this game $40? I've had it for some time now, bought it on a sale, and I just can't see why it costs so much. It's an ok game but nothing special. $20 seems much more reasonable.
Steam sale is coming this week

I heard somewhere - possibly a Quill18 video - that you won't build roads/etc anymore. They are placed automatically, I think based on trade routes. I'll see how it works out, but this is one change I'm not happy about.
The developer was talking about this in their E3 on stage interview/gameplay video.
Just out of curiosity why does this change bother you?

Makes me curious what kind of hardware Sony and Microsoft are planning to stuff into their next consoles that they are taunting as 4k gaming machines.

I don't know if the technology is just not there yet, or games are just not optimized to push so many pixels on screen at reasonable frame rates?

I think we are still a bit away from 4k-60fps games

Anybody that wanted to play Destiny, most likely already did on the consoles.
I don't see the point of releasing this game on the PC years after it's initial release.
Just keep your pocket change Bungie and erect a few more DLC instead of half assed pc port. It will probably be more profitable

The 17 represents the year, not the version number.
They should have use an` in front of the number

I know youtube isn't very good with videos when there's a lot going on at the same time on the screen but these videos just look so bland and boring, also it looks like the game is running at 30fps or something.
Did they record these on the xbox360 or something?

I know graphics isn't everything for racing games, but damn it Codemasters add a little color, lighting and some tarmac details to your games.
Project Cars, Forza, Asseto Corsa, even Dirt Rally looks miles better than the F1 series.

Also, Kinguin is my favorite for game keys. I bought about 20 keys from this site and I've never had a problem.
Their prices don't seem to be so great lately. Some of the games are more expensive there than on Steam.
I usually compare prices between Kinguin, G2A, cdkeys and Greenmangaming with their constant 20-25% coupons.
So far cdkeys got most of my business. Especially on preorders, but their prices fluctuate day by day.

It seems the earlier you preorder the better the price is.

The only sucky thing with them is they will not give you the cd key early. You'll get it the day of or the day before the game releases. So in case of pre load you're sol

How is CDKeys? Anyone have any problems with them?
Does that give a Steam key? It doesn't say.
Will the key work in the USA?
I've used their site for multiple games in the past and no problems here.
I got my steam keys and in case of a preorder I've canceled the order and within an hour someone contacted me via e-mail and got my refund right away.
So far so good.
I'm in Canada, so I am sure the keys that work here will work fine in the US.

Hoping Total War: Warhammer goes on sale actually.
cdkeys.com has it for pretty cheap, in case Steam discount is not good enough.
I got mine from them.

Edit: nevermind, it is not that cheap there anymore

bank spaces, loadouts, or boost their XP and credit earnings

I dunno, man, doesn't just seem 'cosmetic' to me.
Which you can buy for in game credit right now (not for real money). Maybe they will have that available for real money? I don't understand that announcement.
Either way, the game doesn't seem to be doing so well in sales so I doubt it will be a huge upset. Everyone and their dog is playing Overwatch anyways.

Full priced game. Half the roster locked. Season pass. Microtransactions for non-cosmetic items.
The roster is locked until you play the single player missions and unlock them. The microtransaction is for skins and taunts and stuff, exactly the same thing what Overwatch is doing, which you can just ignore all together.

I'm not a fan of Microtransactions and season passes either, but in this case it really is all cosmetic. So *shrug, who cares.
