Still miffed that they canceled the Black Box, and I'm still not buying this until I get a package that doesn't make me purchase HL2 and Ep1 again.

If the first EP make a profit, then they would finish EP2 no doubt. Just like every other business they would borrow money to finish the product then make it back when it goes on sale, so it seems to me this "funding problem" is no one wanted to lend the money because the first one actually didn't make enough for it to be a safe investment...
