After book two Robert Jordan went insane ..and then went broke. After which he was paid by the word. This would explain the reason why by book 10 it took him 15 fucking pages to describe a goddamn dress (I kid you not about the 15 pages)
Robert Jordon went from being the next Tolkien to being a complete hack in no more then 7 books.
I double dog DARE anyone to read book ten without skipping over entire chapters.
This makes no sense whatsoever! If anyone is familiar with Japanese cinema or animation its FULL of atom bomb references and themes. Hell I've seen Tokyo and Neo-Tokyo go up in flames 3 dozen times in their movies.
If anything I think they would find it refreshing to see some thing else bombed for a change.
I'm an old school Fallout 1/2 fanboi. I remember playing the Fallout 1 demo from a magazine CD and instantly falling in love.
While Fallout 3 is not absolutely faithful to the Fallout franchise, I'm still thoroughly enjoying the game. I love the freedom of choice and the side missions.
I won't be sad to see a Fallout 4 from Bethesda but I would like to see the endgame ramp up in difficulty.
The units don't need to be baby sat 24/7. They have a sense of self preservation but they still follow orders so you can worry about the large picture.
As much as I hate Roper and all the crap he pulled, the customers and investors deserve something out of this train wreck. If they can salvage something from it and get something for their dollar then more power to em.
