Does anyone know if you can turn of that red diamond crap?
I think that diamond HUD thingwould be a game wrecker for me
If I spot a tango I want to spot that damn tango myself!
Whats next auto aim and fire? Heck why don't we just let the computer play the whole game for us!
As for friendly IDs...half the god damn fun of Ghost Recon was accedently shooting a squad mate in the face after you panic coming around a corner!
I can only deal with so many levels of abstraction before I feel like I'm playing Hogans Alley.

The problem with DDO is that NWN is just a much better format for D&D. Your going to be questing with max of 6 peeps anyways, so why do you need the massive persistant universe?(wich DDO isn't really)
All you needed was a hand full of people and a good DM.
If NWN2 is as good as NWN I see that being the end for DDO.
Besides Eberon sucks! Give me Forgotten Realms, Dragon Lance, Greyhawk, or Darksun any day of the week.

I just finished the first one last night and I liked it.
I like the Monkey Island series more but I don't think Lucas Arts is making any more of those

I have to say I liked it!...It's a bit raw but it has some charm.
I've played both.
Sure FFXI has a deep combat system but after 30 its a nightmare!

I brt the visuals will look amazing and there will be physics a la AOE3.
I see them playing it safe and not really doing anything special with the core mechanics.
