Yeah I heard from a friend of a friend that it still has a ton of problems. They had to meet a deadline and it was pushed out the door.

They think it will take two patches to get everything fixed.

UT2K3 is kewl looking, has some nice graphics and such, but it's simply not advanced enough to peak my interest. I've had the full version of it for a while and I've also played U2. I can say without a doubt that U2 blows away UT2K3.

To me UT2K3 is simply UT that has curved surfaces and the same nasty netcode UT had. I joined up on a server the other day and everyone was a freaking bunny. Hoping all over the level. Plus they took out 20% of the features that were supposed to be in the game.

I don't like UT2K3 and I doubt it will be anywhere as popular as Battlefield 1942.

Now if you want to talk about a game talk about B1942. So much content, so many things to do and way to much fun for one person to have in a day! All of you thinking of getting UT2K3 do yourself a favor and grab B1942 first.

Anyone out there that has played the full leaked version of UT2K3 and B1942 retail which would you keep if you had to choose one? Which would you like to have first?

UT2K3 gets old to fast and it simply doesn't offer up enough new things.... Epic needs to go back and redo it all like ID did with the upcoming Doom3.

All I have to say is FOOK UT2K3 !! GO out and purchase Battlefield 1942, it rocks anything and everything on the market.

UT was shiet, UT2K3 is shiet and the Epic staff are a bunch of a$$holes....

UT2K3 is nothing more than UT on steroids and a port over from Quake3.

UT2K3 is such a sorry waste of time. GO grab BAttlefield 1942 and leave UT2K3 alone. This game is simply UT beefed up a bit and a copy of Quake 3 gameplay.

It's not original, it sucks and B1942 whoops it's ass.

I had a 1000Ghz, 386Ram, Radeon 8500 and got major slow down at 1024 X 768 and 800 X 600.

So I made myseld a dual 2.4Ghz, GF4 Ti 4600 with 1.5Ghz Ram and it runs super fast for me now. I needed an excuse to build a new system and I got one with 1942!!

Muhahahaha bring on super high requirements baby cause I got em now!

Who needs AA now that the 1942 MP demo is out? Battlefield 1942 rules the online game world right now and nothing can touch it. AA was ok for a time, but 1942 simply blows it out of the water! Try 1942, it will draw you away from AA like it did me.

Battlefield 1942 is the most anticipated game ever for me. I've been playing the MP demo for two weks now and I'm still not bored of the ONE map. I play the MP demo 4+ hours a day and I'm not bored of it at all. Think what's going to happen after the full game is released.

I really think EA has a game here, a game that will finally take over the CS masses. I mean this game has so MUCH content and there is so much to do, you can't ever get bored!

I'm a long time veteran video gamer, I've been playing for over 25 years and I have NEVER, been this excited about any game in my life time. I've never had this much fun in a game either..... well Quake did bring this type of fun. =P

Anyway, big ups to EA! Big ups to Digital Illusions and big ups to the playing fans! I can't wait to get online with the full game and have at all of you!
