The official release date of Bloodmoon is still "May, 2003"

This is a great mod, lots of humor and very clever use of the TES Construction Set. Andres Sergoyan put this entire thing together himself, and he did a fantastic job. Highly recommended.
Note that it IS a total conversion, once you go to the main island in the mod, the quests back on Vvardenfell are not going to work. So be sure to diverge your game save files.
And congrats to Andres for the props on BluesNews!

Bloodmoon will include the Quest Sort feature that Tribunal added. You can list active quests, inactive quests, or all quests.

It's not a smokescreen. We didn't make a demo for Morrowind because we didn't have time to, plain & simple. We were too busy finishing the game. There was simply no time to do it, and everyone was too busy to pull a group off and make a demo. Some companies can afford to do that, but not all of them.

Fact: Most games don't have demos released before the game is released because making a demo takes time away from finishing the game. Large or wealthy companies with copious amounts of time and money and personnel are able to make demos because they can split off a group of people to do it. Not every company has this luxury.

Hyatus said "There are legitimate non-pirating uses for a mod-chip."

Like what? Not browbeating you, just curious. Are there that many import games you want to play? Because that's what Gamecube & PS2 mod chips are for, but Xbox doesn't exactly have Japanese developers making whacky games for it in droves...

On the other hand, people buy games year-round. Gamecube, PS2 and PC owners will buy Splinter Cell when it comes out regardless. In fact, most of the top selling games DON'T come out at Christmas -- it's an awful crowded time of year!

Of COURSE Microsoft paid for an Xbox-exclusive launch. That sort of thing happens all the time in the gaming industry.

The problem for Microsoft is that because it is known to be coming out for all other platforms in a few months, it's no longer an Xbox killer app. There's no reason to go out & buy an Xbox for it, because chances are you already have another platform to play it on.
