I had some difficulty connecting to servers on the launch day, but that's understandable. Since then, no problem playing online at all, and no complaints from others after that first day either. Highly addictive multiplayer, great fun. (Great SP too)

B&W2 is quite a different game to the original, though based on a similar premise. The interface has been significantly enhanced to make everything easier and faster to do. I also found the gameplay to be much more fun in that the game doubles as a RTS and a city-building game. The RTS side of things is not perfect, but there is great satisfaction to be had be seeing your creature smash an army to smithereens, or picking up a massive boulder and rolling it through their ranks.

I'm waiting on the announcement of "Firefly-The Game".

Now *that* would be bliss!

Good movie. Stupid TV show. If it was any good it would have been cancelled years ago

A point proven by both Firefly and Futurama - the good shows get cancelled and shows like Battlestar Galactica get a second season. (Ok, I know Futurama had four seasons, but my point stands).

YEEEEEHAHAHAHAHAAAAA!!!!! This is the news I have been dreaming of. I love the new features that the Rome engine brings, but I always preffered Medieaval as a setting.

I don't understand why people get all worked up over this. What is wrong with requiring proof of age before selling explicit material to young people? Seems like a very wise precaution to me.

I'm quite enjoying CoD multi, though it's not perfect. I love the weapons and the way that - on most maps - accuracy is critical. A couple of the weapons are perhaps overpowered though, like the MP44 which is too powerful/accurate for an automatic rifle.

Personally my favourite weps are the Kar98k, Lee-Enfield and M1 Garand

What, people are skipping the game because it doesn't have cockpit art? How pathetic! Haven't you people ever heard of gameplay?!?

How nice to have an Exec. Producer who actually has strong artistic credentials. Maybe this movie isn't going to suck after all.

So this is a Diablo-style hack'n'slash game isntead of a genuine RPG? Dang, I was excited for a moment there.

psst... just to let ya know, the first time Halo was shown at the Mac Expo.... it was running on a PC

So that's why they introduce the demonstration saying that it's running in real-time on a Mac? Even if it *was* on a PC, the earliest versions of Halo were based on the Myth engine which was a Mac/PC hybrid.

Anyway, I meant that Bungie's real origin was on the Mac with the Marathon trilogy (still one of the best stories in a FPS ever)

Myst was originally made for Macs, with Macs, so I say 'fair enough'. If only Bungie showed the same loyalty.

I'm still loving WoW, though I don't have a lvl60 char. I have better things to do with my time than play *any* game non-stop.

It's games like this which set back the gaming industry by years. We'd be far better off without this sexist, exploitative, pornographic garbage. Why can't developers focus on the over-14 market for a change?

We still play TA at our LAN parties and we've been looking for a spiritual successor to it for some time now, no other RTS is as fun or as satisfying. I have high hopes for SC!
