I prefer lindt (swiss is teh best). It was a bit of a comfort to see the exact same thing in my friends cupboard from Switzerland as I can get in the states.

What part of the Netherlands Eldaron? We had a few Dutch guys here in Japan, and they were interesting, though 2 of them kept yelling the word "KANGAR" far too often...

As for how I feel about it? It's a mixture, as shared by several other posters here. On the one hand, we have freedom of religion and expression in America, and yet on the other, it seems rather insensitive and rash to build a mosque given the current climate. One might argue that the given climate is the exact reason it should be constructed, but I fear that some people will react venomously.

Ultimately I agree with Seph, I hope that people in NY can show they're the better man in this situation and not vent their spleen on what I consider to be an ill-timed decision.

Heh, I can completely understand your friend's predicament Blue. I'm studying in Kyoto for a year and... wow do I miss my grill back home. I've tried to explain what is BBQ and what Americans consider BBQ are worlds apart... how I do miss ribs :(.

Or being a pally and not being able to mount because of the dumb area spell from Alexstraza (before they made the unified mount system). Still I wouldn't mind a periodic cutscene, so long as they're skippable.

O.o Someone doesn't like rpgs... I guess he missed the whole idea that oh... an rpg is about a story? It's not about how many mutants you can kill without getting shot in 25 seconds or whatever; and I'm really unclear on the "using characters" notion he spouts. Felt sick? Um... again you missed the whole "you're supposed to be playing a story" notion. Using a character? Pffft, what are we supposed to just stop playing because the game doesn't pat us on the back for falling into the obvious carrot on a stick methodology (and instead uses a storyline rather than flashy achievements?).

Oh... and applying child psychology to this is like trying to apply logic to politics, you'll end up with a massive headache after you pulled all your hair out.

At least the pc version let you sell/buy items en-masse. I am happy to hear them stepaway from drm, if I wasn't already planning on buying it I'd be even more inclined if nothing more than to encourage this.

Aye played the first one and it scared me witless. Every time id hear a dog way off I'd feel my breath quicken and started getting panicky, hoping it wasn't just around the corner. It was quite rewarding burning 3 of them in that steam thing though. Here's hoping this game is just as good if not better.

That is odd though, if he's referring to visually impaired (ie those that need some form of correction), I'm not sure what he'd hope to accomplish. I'm legally blind without my glasses (everything looks like a giant blur of color if its less than 4-5 inches from my face), so I really can't see what this fellow hopes to get done besides wasting his money. I'd also be willing to be that there was a cost benefit analysis of some sort done regarding this very scenario; The inability to participate in the auction thing just seems... really ill thought out (at least I can sort of grasp what he's trying with the inability to play argument).

Or ditch most of the voice acting except for plot critical characters and use subtitles for the rest? Heaven forbid we have to read -_-.

Is tea totally out of the question as well? Over the summer I moved from coffee to tea as it was both cheaper and (at least in my mind) less harsh on the guts; it may not have the caffeine of coffee but it seems to help me wake up for my first lecture.

It was just in the first one (the forward arrow + mouse click to use). Glad to hear this sounds like a winner, I may have to go and grab it.

Aye, same for my Hubricide. It continually bumps me back to entering my address; when I did the "do it later" option I was at the system scan which kept crapping out.

I'd have to agree with Parallax; political views aside, the assholes from UPS dropped (as in I'm across the house and I hear a loud BANG on the front porch) my monitor, cracking it in several places. Tried to rma it and had a hell of a time with it even though it was clearly the drivers (and ups' therein) fault.
