indeed, it's pretty funny. I think it stemmed from a discussion between isolationist boneheads and, well, everyone else. This tends to happen when you bring up *any* foreign country in conversation with them... sigh

At any rate, i hope the game industry takes action on this... we have enough money to make a big stink, you know. It's ridiculous... eliminating our entire market in a country... even communist CHINA has a games industry, for **** sake!

I suppose it's a good thing that theres a variety of browsers out there, so people can choose (or argue, even)...
Currently i use Internut Exploder rather than Nutscrape, for the simple reason that it integrates into the OS better (i can use the Address bar on my task bar to type in a web page, do a search, or browse my c drive, run Run menu, cmd, whatever... all from one location that's fully visible whatever app i may be using at the time.) and thats convenient.
not that ie is particularly great... it's not... but a browser ought to be fully integrated in today's wired world instead of running some proggy every time you want to see a page or a file or something :/

Most of the time publishers make a developer give a release date, for obvious marketing reasons, even if they arent funding the project (which they often are). Many times, the correct answer is "i don't know" but you can't say that to mr. moneybags, so instead you say "oh, july. yeah july!" and hope that you don't run into anything that gets you off schedule. After that you get back to work...

ROFL. good movie. an instant classic. The developers (not the web developer, the game developers) were too nice tho. I would have lost it after about 2 minutes of that.

About the content of the video, this looks to be a delicious game, graphically. If it plays as good as it looks, it will kick all of our asses.

and kudos due the cameraman for bringing us (those of us who hadn't seen this demo) a glimpse of it.
