Who the fuck puts a camera in their kid's bedroom?? A baby monitor on a crib, sure, but an 8 year old? If you're concerned about your kids privacy, maybe don't surveil them like it's fucking North Korea.

I'm guessing I'll regret asking, but just who exactly are the puppets and who are the puppet masters?
NKD wrote on Dec 6, 2019, 18:33:Eh, no. They become boring after repeating them many times.
Heists are not worth doing unless you've got a pre-arranged and scheduled group, preferably on voice comms. If you've got that, then you can actually get pretty efficient at them and have a lot of fun.

Groovy, now get some dungeons in like you promised you would years ago you fuckers. These guys have zero idea how to prioritize.
Dude, with every big patch they have released they added a new dungeon, at least 4 or 5 so far Since U and I played it.
Cant say I'm all to happy about only horses being mounts. Conan's world has exotic mounts. Big ass Elephants rhinos and other large mounts to ride. I was looking forward ot seeing those in the game.

Mandalorian uses Unreal Engine!?!? Holy shit, that's amazing, that show looks great! Although Unreal's been looking awesome for awhile now, it's nice to see it graduate to the 'big leagues.'
Also, I'm glad they are trying to be meticulous and true to the novels for the Witcher. If the world wasn't literally rushing headlong into the apocalypse, I'd be overjoyed for the shows and games that are out and coming out soon!
jacobvandy wrote on Dec 4, 2019, 12:43:I know a few people who do exactly that. Many different reasons, like noticing that their PC is too slow, that they dont like the controls, that they dont like the setting, that they actually save it for later, that there are technical difficulties, etc, etc, etc. Even I have plenty of games on my Steam account that I maybe played only a few minutes to hours, if at all, yet still kept them for different reasons.
That "story" is based on the Steam achievement stats, which do not paint a complete picture, as we all know. Remember that other "story" about a big chunk of Fallout 4 players never even completing the tutorial? That number is less than it was then, but still sits at 15% today. Does that mean a couple million people quit out of frustration upon meeting their first radroach? Unlikely.
That aside, it is actually really common to not get any kills in a match of PUBG, purely by accident. A lot of my own deaths were just from the magic wall of doom, after spending 15-20 minutes looting and not seeing anyone. One guy in our regular group got a chicken dinner without firing a shot, lol, cause someone else made the last couple of necessary kills.

"some" orders :=) More like, all orders made after the 28th and some made on the 27th
There is no "some" in that logic. ALL orders made after the 28th were annulled. The sale was fake after that.

I dig DDG on a philosophical level but as a search engine it just isn't very good. Evil as Google is they are the best search engine.
Quinn wrote on Dec 1, 2019, 14:49:If you wanted it so bad, you could have put it at least on your wishlist, which would have warned you about this. I got one. Cant say no at 5 bucks, even if youre not going to use it much.phinn wrote on Dec 1, 2019, 13:52:RedEye9 wrote on Dec 1, 2019, 13:35:
Steam controller is OoS.
Discontinued and suddenly people want it.
Yeah well a heads-up would've been nice. I was always on the fence about the thing, and I would've bought it if I knew it'd be discontinued. Now it's OoS though, just like that. Valve really does give fuck all about their customers.
007Bistromath wrote on Nov 27, 2019, 09:19:Well, its more for games that dont really work well with a thumbstick, like Darkest Dungeon for example, or Bad North.
It's more than worth it for this price. I switched to a DS4 because I found getting good configs for some of my games troublesome, and the touchpad is just never quite as good as a thumbstick. It has excellent build quality, tough, and if you have more patience with the config tool than I do, you'll enjoy it.

I'm starting to think there are no decent gamepads out there. The Steam Controller was too weird, My Xbone Elite controller had its rubber grips fall off, and I'm on my third PS4 controller because the left stick always starts uncorrectably drifting after a year or so.
Never tried the Xbone controllers. On my second ps4. They really hit a good layout/feel for that one. I had one that I over-used the right trigger, till a tiny bit of plastic gave out. It's usable, but 'off'.
I any case, I just ordered a Steam controller, so lets see.
Honestly, I'd kinda like to see a new SpaceOrb360. Great for FPS and 6DOF-types of games.
