Hey Cutter, I worked for Lowes and Home Depot and they don't use poisons like that in their stores (at least not here in the US and would assume the same in Canada), they use the boxes that trap them inside due to say for example a mother came in the store carrying a child and set the child on the floor and the floor would eat it scenarios. Also they use 3rd party companies to do this not the stores directly. Next time you go look around on the floor look for the traps. Google Ecolabs Mouse Traps and check the pictures so ya know what to look for. ALSO make sure to scrub the shit out of anything the rodent came in contact with, it may have not been poison that killed him.

I doubt that Elf, this was planned for a long time.

Pre-order bonus starts on Aug 7th, and then Open Beta 2 week later, and then releases Sept. 4th? Come on now... we've been doing this long enough..

Games looks absolutely crap imo. Yes, this is the PS4 version, but the game's "story" is still the same. All that hype as well.

Ole Mack.... Fun rates a 1! From the little I checked into this game it always seemed like the King of Walking Simulators.

I'll take snuggle truck or space trucking ED over this any day.

Had no clue he was 49. Was funny to watch Adam and Jamie have this hap-hazard idea, make some horrible looking device and Grant just walks up and is like "Oh hey, I built 2 of those about 10 years ago for a project if ya wanna borrow them".

This game is not for everyone, and some parts don't seem to mesh with the rest of the game but I put over 80 hours into it on PS4 and loved it.

So you have the walking/building/travel simulator part, then you have the poltergeist/ghost's/giant tar squid part. The story is ALL over the place from the lone wanderer(?), different realms of reality/dimensions, after life/immortality and babies with psychic powers. Did I miss anything?

BTW the game is fucking bizarre on so many levels, some good, some bad. If possible I would suggest to find a way to play it on a console before you purchase it cause there is no way to get enough feel for what the game offers in the 2 hour return window.

Not a single reason for me to purchase this. From the one boss fight it looks like it's going into magic/god/whatever (which wouldn't be a bad thing) but didn't this game use to be about Assassin's vs Templars?

In the deep dive when they showed the magic fight, they specifically say you get drugged before the fight starts, and are hallucinating. It allowed them to get "Fantasy" fights in without breaking the alleged groundedness of the game. But yeah, I really wish we could have a game where we play an assassin again.

So started playing Black Flag again, and there is more story and emotion in the first hour then all of Origin's combined. Beyond Bayak's child, the entire story was meh, and Odyssey is the same way. I understand about the First Civilization from the story (which has all but thrown away since Syndicate), But All of the games up to Origins were about playing as an assassin, sticking to the creed. The series went in a new direction with Odyssey and Origins, and this game looks like it's just another reskin. What happened to the awesome faces and animations of AC Unity? The faces almost make Mass Effect Andromeda look good. If they at least threw co-op in it I'd take a much closer look, but sadly I miss the old AC games.

I thought there was great evolution from the original AC to Black Flag but couldn't really find the love to finish Syndicate, and beyond the climb anywhere mechanics of Origins-Odyssey I really have no desire to finish Odyssey. It's too big, the side missions are forgetable, and the boss fights are just "give boss a million hit points and a pattern". The horse auto slows down in cities, and also noticed beyond specific missions you get "generic interaction with bland looking npc from over the shoulder camera" with very little interaction. And none of that sense of "oh shit they saw me!" moments like in the original games, of stealth being key.
At least throw in co-op like AC Unity, as that was f'ing awesome to have a team of 4 take on stealth missions and having to time stealth kills.
