I got a pair of Bates boots and they feel like they would survive re-entry. Highly recommended.

I use Bates boots at work. Their Durashock are just as comfy as Dr Martens but 1/4th the weight. I go through a pair every year. That is over 2300 hours of work a year, 12 hour shifts, summer, winter, etc. They are super durable and have many styles. I like the combat style, easy to keep clean. (not a zipper fan, can't keep them tight)

I have used many Bates products, they know what they are doing. I have 4-5 in the garage or in the house that I use for various things.

A lot of people like Danner's, but I think they are overpriced and the soles wear out faster.

I wore the Under Armour ones, although very comfy, they fell apart after 2 months of use.

My home use boots for what Blue is describing are Carharrt.

Buy Carharrt boots, they will last forever and they backup their products.

Or Sorel boots, which I believe are the Minnesota official boot.

Barring (again) the ridiculous idea that North Korea could invade the US, it really doesn't look half bad. I got kind of a Watch Dogs vibe from it, though this is just a straight up shooter, right?

Might be interesting.

That would actually be pretty cool....more Watchdogs than rails shooter.....that could be pretty deep.

This is a rails shooter, the gadget and hacking bit just look like lame mini-games.

Watchdogs was actually very well done.

Think I was one of the few that enjoyed the first one. Bought day 1, then ended up playing on xbox instead for some reason. Was just looking to fire it back up and play some.....on PC.

I remember some pretty frustrating parts of the game, and it is worse than CoD single player in regards to "being on rails", but still a pretty fun game with a dark message.

Father and I stayed warm in the stands at the Vikings game. Was a tough loss, no fault of the kicker - Offense didn't do their job, and honestly, I don't think we could beat Carolina......

Was great to be at the game. We will be in our seats opening day in the new stadium.

I don't recall, maybe I can find it in my e-mail back when it was in alpha or something? But is it out of the realm of possibilities that I only paid 1-2 bucks for it? Very early subscriber.

I am happy for the dude, it is just to bad he is a social idiot. Probably don't need to rehash all of his bad decisions.....

Was a lot of fun, but damn if I didn't run up the score last 2 weeks in the spread! This past week, I missed two games by .5 points! Wow.

Congrats to the winners once again. I can uncheck the "drop lowest week" if anyone wants bragging rights!

Let me know if you want the low score dropped next year or back to counting all weeks. I did it so if someone screws up (happens) or misses a week, doesn't blast their score. I had 1-2 weeks when I didn't hit save. grrrrr.

Just Cause 3 multiplayer mod is on its way…

Really thought they were going to make the base game in 2 playable Co-op - the mass co-op stuff gets boring pretty quickly.

George Lucas Explains Why He Had To Break Up With 'Star Wars'. Thanks nin.

Assuming similar to what I sent in:

Attack of the moans: George Lucas hits out at 'retro' Star Wars: The Force Awakens"[/url]

Didn't read either one - avoiding all possible spoiler situations.

Yeah, the G-Men are in a weird spot. Eli probably has 4-5 good years in him yet and he hasn't shown signs of breaking down like his brother, so he'll be part of the transition.

Regarding today's game with the Vikes, I don't know if I've ever heard of a team with more reasons to come out and lay an egg. Freshly eliminated and without the only player that can make the offense do anything at all. It's a recipe for a serious blowout, but my Vikings usually find a way to lose games like these.

A good friend of mine is going to the game tonite. He's a Jersey guy and loves the Giants and was pumped to get a chance to see them. I feel bad for him because the game is going to be really really bad and he doesn't even get the solace of watching ODB Jr. do his thing. Especially so, if the Packers clinch the division and make the next 2 Vikings games moot as far as playoff seeding.

Lots of tickets still avail for Vikes/Giants game tonight. Grabbed a pair of 110$ seats for a friend for 75$.

GOING TO BE COLD! BUNDLE UP!
