Saw it first thing this morning; my initial reaction stands - Good Teaser. Be better on the big screen, I suspect, particularly the globe/space portions. Probably hitting Potter this weekend, so should be good.

I wonder if (Superman Returns composer) John Ottman is going to reuse any of the cues from the John Williams score; that score is good stuff. Listening to that trailer made me want to zip home from work to get the CD.

It will be interesting to see what else Singer does with Brando; he's using him in the picture (a combination of old takes, cut scenes or voices, and other such wizardry) - tricky to do it and avoid being gimmicky. Could be cool, could be a disaster; it's not a full restart, so that's got a lot of people holding their breath to see if it'll work at all, plot wise, this probably doesn't cheer them up...

Brando recorded a voiceover for some animated movie before he died too, btw, but that will be less visible to moviegoers, I'm thinking.

I have to admit, I was a little worried about today's game. The Rams were playing pretty good ball, were coming in healthy and we were down two starting linebackers.

yeah, I have a couple friends who are Seabags fans, and one says that the Rams always seem to beat them 3 times a year. So this is a good omen for 'em. As my beleagured Packers try to settle into the spoiler role, but let's not open that can of worms

AOE 3 has its feet firmly squared in RTS real time and Civ 4 is a Turn based game.

I prefer the term TBS; for Turn Based Strategy. Also, 'RTS real time' might be deemed an outlawed term by the Dept. of Redundancy Department.

I agree with the G-Man; there's hotkeys aplenty; most of them are on that z-board, but the ones from previous AoE/AoM games (find idle villager being one of the most important) are there too; not just assigned to those weird z-board circle keys.
