When will NVRefresh Tool get a mirror or download partner? Their site is always either down or so slow it appears to be down. 
under gamespy, I had this problem for a while with @home where it wouldn't refresh under the "cable" settings but started again if I switched to "isdn." You might give that a shot...
Wow, you're not thinking very closely about this. Did you know Raven is presenting three times at quakecon? Have you ever heard of Heretic? Yes, Quake 4 will be subcontracted to Raven without a hint of sarcasm, and they will kick ass on it in time for christmas or early spring.
Ah yes, I remember now watching the debut of Michael Jackson's 30-minute Thriller video. Wasn't that you and Martha Quinn off set with intertwined martini glasses? A shame that didn't work out.
