I suppose it lack all the friends/chatting stuff I rarely use an a shopping cart I never use , but it's also given me 50 free games in a year and I can buy and download games there , that works like a treat , as I say , as a game front , works fine for me, but others may require features that only steam has . I don't know if you have noticed but software development of an ever-evolving online store platform , cannot be compared to a car at all, "You WOULDN'T download A CAR!" , But even if there was a comparison, developing, testing an producing a car takes way more than a year.
But , you may say , epic is making us all test their stuff when it's not finished !!? Yes. Because that's one of the best ways of actually testing it properly. . It's perfectly voluntary, perfectly safe ( unlike a half-finished car) and you get free games every week, and it breaks steam monopoly. Again I ask , what's the catch?
