So if this is set during a stalemate of WW 1 that was never broken, how do we have:
The IMI Uzi, which wasn't in service until 1954.
The Sten gun, which wasn't in service until 1941.
The DP-27, which didn't see the light of day until 1928.
What looks to be a Sturmgewehr 44, which wasn't produced until 1944.
The above are examples of firearms that were developed to meet specific needs that arose after WW 1. Conflicts, battery of arms, and combat conditions that would not have existed had WW 1 dragged on in an indefinite stalemate.
I know, I know "rule of cool". It would have been cooler to see advancements done on M1903s, Lee-Enfields, and Mausers. For handguns, there's the 1911, Webley revolver, and the Luger that could have been advanced.
Even so, PvP puts it instantly on the "no buy" list.

It will sell a million copies quick and probably die quicker. Money in the minecraft bin, mission accomplished.
Going to have to be something special to compete against the likes of Valheim and V Rising.

Stop wasting your time and finish Satisfactory.
This is not the same dev team. They acquired the studio that made a couple of DLCs for the first game (Goat-Z and Waste of Space) and changed their name from Gone North Games to Coffee Stain North. Seems the main guys (wisely) wanted to keep the franchise going, but are specifically avoiding wasting their own time doing so...

I wanted to love this, but I felt stupid playing it. Just too complicated for me. But maybe I'll get smart enough one day.
it will never happen again.
