Swordfish is absolutely spectacular.
I have had it a dozen times or so at a local SteakHouse by us... Truly the best fish I have ever had.
( the steaks are fabulous there too . )
I can't eat fish - no allergy just the smell and taste make me want to puke - so I'm always curious why people like certain fish. My bro's fave fish thing is trout almondine for example. What is it you like about swordfish?

John Oliver just did a bit on this, and (surprise!) the plastics industry lobbied to get the recycle symbol on all plastics, regardless if they can be recycled or not. Something like only 5% of plastic can be.
Edited for a typo.

I would marvel at your, presumably normal, eating instincts. My body's desire to eat is messed up. I can eat something like the traditional Thanksgiving "stuff yourself" dinner where most people say, "OMG, I ate too much" and 30 minutes later be looking for something to snack on. My body always wants to eat -- if I am not busy. If I am engrossed in a game, book, movie, whatever -- I can go hours without eating. But the instant I'm idle, my body is looking to eat. It sucks. It is a constant battle.
I suspect it is at least in part (mostly?) a result of my childhood eating habits. I graduated high school at 6' 2" weighing 150 lbs. This despite the fact I ate like a pig as a kid. I'd have multiple snacks everyday, have seconds and thirds at dinner, drank somewhere north of half a gallon of whole milk everyday. And now I live with those eating habits without a growing body or a hyped up metabolism.

Anyone get the 2nd Moderna dose? How did you fair, I've been hearing it's pretty harsh?
Is it pain or discomfort, more or less than 3 or 4 days?

Well, we're headed into a month long lockdown starting tomorrow. Oh fucking joy. Meanwhile you guys down there are all vaccinated, doing a little dance, making a little love, and getting down tonight. There's no end in sight to this shitshow up here.

I've never seen or even heard of shell steak. Had to look that one up. Is that common around your parts?
I think it's just another name for a strip steak.

Hey! Good to see you, Bronco.
Washington State has just moved up the date to 4/15 for having all adults over 16 eligible for the vaccine. I thought I'd check again and was accepted this time after I clicked on the "works in manufacturing" box. Turns out there's an open spot tomorrow at my grocery store so I'm getting stuck tomorrow.
It's a good thing too, as most of my co-workers are not very cautious (although only one, the owner of the company, has caught it). My 81 year old mom lives with my sister and is pretty much bed-ridden, and at this point we're not sure how we're going to get her vaccinated, so this will make me feel better about visiting and helping out over there.

Welp, Canada is headed back into lockdown yet again - fucking shocker. And given the lack of vaccines - and continued lack going forward - I'm sure it won't be the last.
Emailed the PMO and told that sack of shit to lift travel restrictions on the country. That idiot should be encouraging people to go elsewhere and get vaccines if they can. Fuck, I hope Cuba is ready to start doing tourists come May.
