Fallout 76 Atlantic City Released

Bethesda announces the launch of the promised Atlantic City update for Fallout 76, the post apocalyptic RPG prequel (thanks Dave). This offers the chance to vacation in this play-land that finally emerges as a premier destination after a bout of nuclear landscape architecture redecorates the rest of North America. The Boardwalk Paradise Gameplay Trailer shows off some of what to expect if you roll the dice with the free add-on. The release kicks off Season 15: The Big Score, as not even an apocalypse can quell mankind's urge to heist (you son of a...). Here's more, lending hope to the idea there's a mutated Russian mobster hiding in the Pine Barrens:
Deemed a “low priority target” when the Great War broke out, Atlantic City is now a premier destination of the wasteland, offering thrilling entertainment, scenic coastal views and even running electricity! Players can now venture out to Atlantic City to complete two new Expedition missions that will get them properly acquainted with the local populace.

Encourage some unsavory business with The Family, Atlantic City’s resident mob, while they try stay off the radar of the Municipal Government keeping the lights on (both literally and figuratively.) Meanwhile, the guild running the city’s entertainment known as The Showmen have a daring gauntlet with glory and riches awaiting those brave (or possibly foolish) enough to enter!

Kingpin: Reloaded Released

Kingpin: Reloaded is now available, offering a return to the world of Kingpin: Life of Crime, Gray Matter Studios' Quake II engine first-person shooter known for its foul-mouthed and corpulent cast when it launched back in 1999. This Windows game is available on Steam with a 25% launch discount. This was originally announced for release in 2020, but obviously ended up delayed. Not to be confused with the series of game remakes from Nightdive Studios, the redeveloper on this is Slipgate Ironworks. Here's the Launch Trailer (NSFW) along with some details:
In a lawless gangland ruled by a merciless Kingpin, an unknown ruffian emerges after a brutal pummeling by hitman Nikki Blanco. With no clear reasoning behind why he was targeted, our nameless protagonist readies an arsenal on a blood-filled path of vengeance. Smash heads with a lead pipe, mow down enemies with a Tommy Gun, or use a bazooka to blast away foes.

Kingpin: Reloaded breathes life into a late ‘90s FPS classic, enhanced for modern audiences. Originally developed on the renowned Quake II engine, Kingpin: Reloaded offers 4K resolution, ultrawide monitor support, controller integration, and the ability to toggle between “classic” and “enhanced” modes for a tailored gameplay experience.
