The Way of the Hunter in August

Nine Rocks Games and THQ Nordic announces an August 16th release date for Way of the Hunter, a new single-player and co-op hunting game. The Windows edition is coming to the Epic Games Store, GOG.com*, and Steam, and each store is now accepting preorders. There's a Standard Edition and an Elite Edition with extras, but preordering either comes with some bonus cosmetics. A new Release Date Trailer can help you decide if this dog will hunt. Here's word:
Hunting Season comes early this year: Way of the Hunter will be out on PC, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series S/X™ on August 16th, 2022. Get ready to embark on a fascinating hunting adventure in two huge open-world areas - and you’ll even get to give your feet a break, since Way of the Hunter comes with a sturdy off-road vehicle to transport your hunter from the blind to the bush. But be careful, the noise from your car will scare away any animals in the vicinity. You’re better off taking a little walk when you’re closing in on a herd.

Out of the Blue

We got a request to include a larger number of stories in our RSS feeds. This has never come up before, but Frans and I chatted about it and there didn't seem to be any reason not to try this. So Frans jumped into the Engine Room and made this so. The number of stories in both our RSS feed and Atom feed are now increased to 100. These feeds are not the most widely used feature here, but if you do use one, please let us know if the change has caused any unintended consequences.
