Rockstar Refutes GTA Speculation

GamesIndustry.biz has a statement from Take-Two Interactive they say casts doubt upon the analyst speculation that the company's marketing budget suggested a new Grand Theft Auto game would arrive in 2023. Here's the follow-up they received which they seem to think makes sense:
A Take-Two representative told GamesIndustry.biz that the table in the 10-K reflects marketing commitments made to third-party companies. As Rockstar is an internal Take-Two studio, that undermines the notion that the reported marketing commitments would be related to the next Grand Theft Auto.

Minecraft Dungeons Warning

A tweet from Windows 98 Tech Support warns that uninstalling Minecraft Dungeons might wipe your entire SSD if you are using the version of the game with the launcher. Tom's Hardware reports that Mojang has addressed this problem, so you should just make sure that your launcher is updated to Bootstrap 166 to be safe going forward. They provide this explanation from Mojang's Marcio Oliveira:
“Before uninstalling anything, please ensure the Minecraft Dungeons Launcher at least uses Bootstrap version 166 or higher. You can check this at Settings > About > Bootstrap,” the report reads.

Oliveria’s comment, meanwhile, goes into detail about the bug’s origin.

“When a player selected a custom ‘Install Location’ in the Dungeons installation dialog, the Dungeons Launcher was taking that location and naively considering that only files written by the Dungeons Launcher would live there,” Oliveria wrote. “Thus, when uninstalling the Launcher, the uninstall logic would simply delete that ‘Install Location’ folder, to leave no traces of program files created by the Launcher on disk.”

Out of the Blue

I completed the relaunch of ManStovia yesterday by picking up a spare propane tank. I don't have any prior experience with gas grilling to know what to expect as far as how long a tank should last. But I have been at cookouts where the gas has run dry, so I know this is not something I want to endure. It seems logical to just be able to rotate them by swapping in a full tank and refilling the empty one. I don't know when that would be, but it's already clear that gas is much more economical than charcoal. I've easily cooked enough to go through much more than one $20 bag of charcoal already, but I'm still on my first tank of propane, which costs $12 a refill at BJs.
